As someone guilty of this, I highly recommend improv comedy classes. A "talking" hobby that forces you to go with the flow.

Excellent post. I love it when someone drops actual research in TRP.

Ι was dumped 3 months ago. My most painful breakup so far. Taught me to put "Right now I feel like..." before everything women say and promise. My advice is keep yourself busy and don't waste another second of your life on SJWs.

Internet folklore considers cold showers the magic cure for everything. Weight loss, low testosterone, depression, longevity... Cold showers are an excellent mental workout and probably good for the body, but they won't solve one's life's problems, including approach anxiety.

I get you. There is indeed a small problem with TRP's ideas vs their presentation. There's a lot of lost and angry young guys here who treat TRP as a cult, hence the amount of cringe in many posts.

It's so healthy to see fellow redpillers who want to have kids. You hear a lot of retarded B.S. about "alphaness" in TRP... But the most alpha thing in the world is raising sons.

The pecking order is: Confident > Not a loser > Taller than her > Fit I know tall guys who could be swimming in pussy but rarely get laid due to lack of feature #1. Height is important, but height alone won't open any legs.

What you're saying (diet, lifting, vit D) is correct + I've heard people say that boxing gives them the "testosterone of a raging bull". I've dabbled in kickboxing a little bit, and it did increase my horniness.

I'll reverse the question to how video games changed me: Up to middle school I was the best of my class at mathematics and science and basically everything, and wanted to study tech-y stuff at college. At age 15 I started playing 8 hours a day, my grades went down the shitter, and had to settle for a mediocre college choice. Now I'm stuck in a mediocre job which I've been trying to escape for years. Things would've been better had I discovered video games later in life.

I'd say that no-glasses (or contacts) look better than glasses. Eyeglasses make guys look more "bookish" and less aggressive - most "bad boys" and bullies I've known didn't wear glasses. Regarding dating, more guys find eyeglasses on girls sexy, than vice versa. That said, don't sweat it too much. There's more important deal-makers and deal-breakers when it comes to status and dating. I wear glasses too and I don't give a f.

It's a no from me. Not gonna play the game of chasing instawhore likes to make my gf jealous. I have better things in life. And I don't like the attention seeking of image-sharing apps, it's a huge part of the problem. The typical selfie-posting IG/Tik Toxic chick doesn't deserve my time.

I'd say that women aged 35+ on dating apps are usually the leftovers of the dating market. Single moms who got pumped and dumped, girls who wanted nothing less than Mr Perfect and ended up single, girls who never decided to lose weight etc. Not saying that you can't find mature attractive women, but middle-aged women on Tinder are probably not a representative sample of middle-aged women in general.

A successful TRP journey ends with not needing this community anymore. Nothing bad with moving on. I get what you say though about TRP's negative impact in your relationship with women and other people. Take this sub with a grain of salt. A lot of the content here is rubbish, written by people who can't get over a breakup, who can't get laid, or who want community cred by regurgitating older posts. Hahaha hamsters working overtime here. "Rape" is apparently the catch-all, from "I once did a foursome but no no no I'm not a slut" to "an idiot at a club grabbed my ass" and "I had a drunk one night stand which I regretted". I'm not surprised you said you live in the US, girls are being taught to treat everything as rape. Look up crime statistics for your city, that should hopefully give you a better answer on if you're being bullshitted or not.

Dude, you have the golden opportunity for debt-free studies in a good college. Don't waste it, your future self will thank you! If you can't stand society, just avoid socialising, but remember you can always find like-minded friends. Go off grid as a hobby during weekends and college breaks, and if you do like it that much, then do it permanently. Don't let your disappointment put you in a bad trajectory at such a pivotal age.

Good post. The gender-inclusive endings with the weird symbols are absolutely disgusting, they completely kill the aesthetics of a text and the flow of reading. In the UK, one of the best British and global universities (King's College London) penalises you for "misgendering".....ships. Calling a ship "she" in an essay, like English speakers do since forever, costs you points. Go figure.

I have experiences from Greece and the UK. Differences: less sluttiness, less drunkenness, LESS OBESITY, no single moms in the 18-35 age group. Slightly more drama, and more playing-hard-to-get. Similarities: Greek and British girls younger than 25 y.o. are completely destroyed by Instagram - not so much the ones who grew up before it became huge. Also, a dose of cockiness gets girls everywhere. Your game works better with tourists because they see you as a holiday experience.

I'm taller and thinner than you. Struggling with 70 lbs? That's actually good, start with an empty bar until you get the move right. In the gym nobody cares about you, nobody criticises you, and everyone was once a beginner. If you're not into weights, there's bodyweight, there's BJJ, there's boxing etc. An active body is a must.

One of the best ways to learn women and develop IDGAF attitude is to get dumped by your LTR unicorn. You're not a fighter unless you have been punched in the face, and going through a break up will help you internalise TRP ideas. So I'd say, don't be afraid of LTRs.

Here's a simpler psychological explanation: Oneitis is usually seen in "nice guys", who usually grow up with emotionally distant fathers (or step fathers). To compensate for this imbalance, they develop a deeper emotional connection with their mothers, they idolise them, they see them as their shelter, they don't criticise them. This conditions them to replicate that behavior with girls. Lack of male encouragement creates also lack of courage, which leads to a rather modest dating success and th…

Similar situation, I feel it can make a little difference. But tbh I've seen people with unpronounceable polish surnames in good office positions, and a few job ads that requested a blind CV (ie without any personal info) which is an awesome idea. And I have the impression that the recruitment sector in the UK has a larger percentage of international people than a lot of other office jobs, so not sure how unconsciously biased they are.

I get you. It's got nothing to do with TRP though. From my current perceptive, relying on a toxic app for a lay is pretty desparate. And Tinder is the biggest reason for today's fucked up dating market.

Disagree on the "don't talk about exes". In my experience it helps you see who you're dealing with. Even if you won't get the whole truth. Relationship-talk creates also an opening for sex-talk, ie can create sexual tension.

Minor point, but "student loans" are an incredibly huge problem for men too, so counting them as a red flag is not an option for most men or women (at least in the US). Also, no offence, but you're coming across as someone with a lot of hatred bottled inside him, due to his work or personal traumatic experiences or something else. You're giving "smart Asian guy hates white chicks" vibes.

If it's a first date, previous relationships are a good topic, it helps you see who you're dealing with. Just take what she says with a big pinch of salt. From there, you can start discussing sex and if she likes you, that will probably make her wet and ready for the next stage.

This looks more like a woke-ish "protect wymyn" move, that might also scare girls into buying Tinder premium or whatever its name is, so more money for Tinder. Reporting on bad dates will never be a thing, bc the app would lose millions of users. Also Tinder is used everywhere in the world, so accessing criminal records in jurisdictions outside the US might not be as easy. Limited geographical scope.

Friend of mine got cheated on last summer. I spoke to him a few weeks ago, to my surprise he was using TRP concepts that he picked up from Alexander Grace and Darius M videos. A lot of monogamy-bashing in TRP community, but it's not a coincidence that monogamy is the most successful type of relationship in history. Moving away from it would be a huge step back. Not saying we should go back to the 50s, but the world created by Tinder is not sustainable.
/r/TheRedPill04/03/21 09:59 AM

LTRs and monogamy will never come to an end. They're less common among pre-wall women due to Tinder, but once the wall hits, things slow down. And even before the wall, most Tinder girls would happily start an exclusive LTR with a top 10% guy. That's where the problem is.

Not just sales, but people-centred jobs in general. Interesting post. The sentence "Tinder has unified the sexual market" is brilliant, though a bit exaggerated (the sexual market place of 99% of Tinder users remains their local area. Goods and money can move around globally en masse, dates can't). Boxing or Muay Thai are a good idea. They'll make you more confident and assertive. BJJ is very good too, it sometimes feels like a community of brothers, which can be super beneficial in your case. It replicates what a lot of us experienced as kids: male bonding through play-grappling with our brothers/friends. Improv comedy is also good, it will make you more confident in conversations. Some people in my company have started using it too in their email signatures, eg John Smith, project manager, he/his/him. And it's gonna get worse, I read that some trans guy in Biden's cabinet wants to make "misgendering" treated as a mental illness.

I don't think it's insecurity. Women with low n-count are higher value.

I suspect that growing internet usage and the increasing popularity of Tinder, Snap, Instawhoream etc will affect women in Muslim countries too, if it hasn't started already. But probably not to the degree it has in America. Religious women (religious people in general) are more likely to be conservative about sex, regardless of their belief in Islam, Christianity etc. And there's other factors too: How modern the Muslim country is, having divorced vs non-divorced parents when growing up, living…

"The main reason women are crazy is that men are stupid" - George Carlin Non condoning your sister's behaviour, let alone her batshit crazy reaction, but when you have an infinite supply of desparate Tinder orbiters and validation-givers, you treat most of them like dirt. That app is poison.

It wasn't a problem in college. On the contrary, sometimes. After that, yes. Chicks like a nice sharp haircut.

Women are more sentimental and more easy to open up to someone if they feel like it. I've had similar experiences with dating, where the girl would be in 7th heaven from day 1 and I'd be wtf we just started take it easy. They get carried away by their sentiments.

When you have a mission in life, there's no place on the pedestal for a woman. And chicks like it when you don't pedestalize them.

Not sure if applicable to you, but many people have vitamin D deficiency especially during the winter months, and even more now because of lockdown. Apparently low vit D levels affect the mood, so I'd think about supplementing.

If something bad happened to her and she's mentally healthy, make her feel comfortable, cook a nice dinner etc. If she's sad all the time... very kind of you that you're concerned, but you're her bf not her therapist.

Why the advice for a "proper girls night out"? That's a huge red flag, stay away from girls who like "going out with the girls". Damaged goods, most likely.

Not sure if trolling but, regardless, the "avoiding college" is an interesting point. Colleges have become a place for feminist indoctrination and slutting around, and in my experience girls who don't go to college but get a full time job after highschool are more likely to be down-to-earth and family-oriented in their 20s. Less likely to be damaged goods.

3 fast hacks to increase SMV: The fastest and most basic trick is to go for a nice haircut and beard trim (if applicable). And do it often, like every 2 months max. It makes your face look sharper literally within minutes - in my case I get more looks when my hair and beard are in "shape" than when they're getting long. Next, look up smart-casual ideas and go shopping. Nice clothes complement your haircut and vice versa, and most girls like smart-looking guys. Next up, skin: ditch the food that …

No surprise. Women are much less violent by nature. From personal experience though, I used to take karate classes in my late teens and most of my female friends at uni liked that. And I know of boxers who date 8s and higher. In another note, be aware of cauliflower ears. My current gf doesn't like them (my ears are fine) but I've read mixed opinions on Reddit threads.

Discipline and motivation is magical bullshit that only works when you are in the mood. This is true only for motivation. Discipline boils down to sticking to good habits until they become automatic. You can "feel motivated" but you can't "feel disciplined" - either you are or you aren't.

Don't get me wrong I like Jocko, but please don't follow him blindly. His fixation with no more than 5 hours of sleep every night is a hugely stupid thing, one of the worst things you can do to your health.

Not sure how correct this is, as it may sound a bit forced. Don't just acknowledge the thought, but also say to your mind "not now" every time you catch it drifting away, and gently bring your attention back to your breath. I found the tip in a guided meditation video, and I think it boosts my focus. It's also SUPER helpful against distractions at work too, eg when I catch myself opening YouTube or FB, I think "not now" and continue working.

Regarding what you're saying about discovering TRP and starting to lift seriously because every 2nd post here says "lift lift lift"... Since discovering TRP I have messed up a shoulder and was close to messing up my spine big time. I'm not a total newbie, just pushed myself a bit harder. Lifting heavy stuff is a fucking serious activity. Warm-up, hydration, stretching, perfect form, not training till exhaustion or when tired, RESTING, spotting... There's so much more to lifting than the "just li…

Perfect is boring. One of the best chapters from Pook, one of the best things I've read in my TRP journey: When you see a girl you want to approach, or you are getting cold feet about a date, remember three words: “Perfect is boring...” Three words! “Perfect is boring...” Your brain will spin out all these reasons why you are unworthy... “Cheap and wimpy car.” “Poor clothes” “Shortness” “Bad haircut” “No money.” “Not as good looking” “No confidence” “Past failures” “Perfect is boring!” and watch…

As a skinny guy with messed up shoulders and lower back, I'd add DON'T BE A HERO. Learn proper form and how to breathe, look up any videos or websites you can find. No one gets ripped in a week, so don't rush it. If you're inexperienced, study one or two lifts until you're confident, then progress. It's not a shame to start with an empty bar or with very low weight - no one is gonna judge you. And you can't train if you fuck up your body anyway. Also: Train smart. Big compound lifts should be en…

Your description of democracy is accurate. A few points: Don't hate the people for their political cluelessness. Almost all of us have more pressing things to do in our daily lives than follow every single political story or worry about economic indexes with weird acronyms. Shallow political knowledge has always been, and will always be the rule, not the exception. Accept it. IQ tests can't fix democracy. Smart people can be total idiots when it comes to politics - see how the best universities …

Suicide rates are, and will always be higher for men. Although suicidal thoughts are more common in women (due to their emotional impulsiveness), it's also more common for women to chicken out in the last minute or to change their mind (emotional impulsiveness, again). Men, on the other hand, don't lose focus so easily... Also, the violence of the methods chosen by men are another big factor: A suicidal woman is more likely to choose pills overdose or cut her veins, methods that are slow and can…

You’ll blow $4,000 every year flying to France or Turkey or some shit, or going to more local bed and breakfasts all the time. The main purpose of this is just so she can post selfies on social media. You hit the nail in the fucking head man. Everytime I hear girls saying "I like travelling", I think "so I can feed my narcissism some Instagram likes".
