Look some of them are fucking sure, but again at this age the majority isn't. Don't judge yourself, everyone grows and experiences things at different phases in their lives. Bruh, first of all you're young and at your age the majority of individuals are not that physically/sexually active as you might think/it might seem. Secondly, confidence is something that you can develop and women are attracted to that. Improve yourself with skills, knowledge, hobbies etc etc and add value to yourself as a person.
