In the UK it is legally impossible for a female to be guilty of rape. In UK law, to rape someone requires use of a penis - which a female does not have. Women can be guilty of 'assault by penetration', but not rape.

No not at all - there is an offence called "assault by penetration" which a female can be guilty of and holds a similarly high sentence at court; but by definition, it is not possible for a female to 'rape' someone unless they have a surgically constructed penis - at which point I doubt they would consider themselves female. I very much dislike the "men can stop rape" slogan, and no very little about the group themselves - but if they're UK based it goes some way towards explaining the male bias…

I agree completely, but would like to point out that in UK law, only men are capable of rape - as the offence requires penetration with a penis.
