1	What's Wrong With "Men Can Stop Rape" ??? No not at all - there is an offence called "assault by penetration" which a female can be guilty of and holds a similarly high sentence at court; but by definition, it is not possible for a female to 'rape' someone unless they have a surgically constructed penis - at which point I doubt they would consider themselves female. I very much dislike the "men can stop rape" slogan, and no very little about the group themselves - but if they're UK based it goes some way towards explaining the male bias…	/r/MensRights	13/04/12 09:57 AM
