I find it humorous/disturbing how the feminists that always push and campaign and try to force women to pursue STEM... are outside of STEM. The level of hypocrisy and duplicity is astounding. Here you are Karen Keller, a KINDERGARTEN TEACHER - an occupation PREDOMINANTELY female, an occupation recognized across society as a "traditionally female" occupation, and you are trying to force OTHER girls to pursue STEM. Isn't it obvious how ungenuine you are? If you truly believed in your cause, that t…

I think I just tried sending her an email, but I got a failed delivery email stating the account does not exist - is anyone else seeing this? I hope this means they fired her and deactivated her account.

Justified in losing your temper, not justified in hitting. Normal does not necessarily imply moral or legal. If I find a wallet in the middle of nowhere with no one around, taking the cash out of it isn't an abnormal; a weird thing to do. It's considered within the realm of reason. Now, taking that cash isn't moral, the moral thing to do is look at the driver's license and return it to the rightful owner.

I didn't say justified, I said normal; it's within the realm of reason of human fallacy to lose your temper (especially if you aren't losing your temper over something stupid like someone didn't replace the toilet paper) and get violent, and people across all races do it.

Losing your temper and hitting someone after they have excessively and mercilessly verbally abused and degraded you in NO WAY perpetuates any sort of racism. I don't care what the color of your skin is, losing your temper and getting violent (especially if you lost your temper for a justified reason like being excessively verbally abused) is a normal human reaction.

It makes sense, women who are strong, successful and capable don't need and many don't care for modern feminism, because they have the ability to reach their desired level of success, since true equality is provided in front of the law, only the women who through natural selection don't reach the level of success they want are incapable of holding themselves accountable. If you're successful, there is no fault, or blame to go around. If you're not, you can either blame yourself or the system.

Feminists are way too busy "checking privilege" of everyone else they forgot to check their OWN privilege. They are too busy trying to police everyone else for their wrong doings they've completed ignored reflection on themselves.

I can't help but laugh, I've been working on this project to assist a female colleague, and last week she started getting all moody and bitchy, and for the life of me I couldn't understand why. Saw the impending HR meeting in my crystal ball, so I've cut off ALL communication. If my boss asks I just tell him "I'm working on it".

Feminists are entitled to shame and not be shamed. I love how she cries how a personal attack is made on her literally seconds after she personally attacked someone else.

we'll never know if they were meant to be together The fact he walked out exhibits the fact they were not meant to be together. If they were meant to be together, he would have stayed, listened to her, that would have talked it out and continued their relationship. But he didn't, because she was not meant for him. Neither are the more adult way of handling the situation - they are both equally valid ways to handling the situation, its just a matter of preference. Just like the nature of their re…

Hi Baby, I fucked another dude, but I told you about it, so it's not cheating. This has nothing to do with ethics, this is about two people wanting different things, and just because he didn't want she wanted you're calling him an insecure asshole. That's entitlement, and the fact that you think its OK means you are probably someone with an outrageous, disgusting sense of entitlement (which I guess isn't a surprise for a self appointed Duke).
/r/PussyPassDenied04/06/15 09:44 PM

I disagree, I've posted many times to this thread, and I haven't once called her a "whore" or "whore shamed" her. I don't think she is a whore, and I don't think she should feel any shame for what she did or what she wants. The point here is that the two of them wanted different things out of life and relationships so they were not meant to be together.

You make some strange assumptions. I never used the word hero. Cheating (which obviously in his eyes it is) on someone isn't consensual sex. My girlfriend actually told me that her finding out that I slept with someone else would be like her finding out I used hard drugs. I think being obliterated with downvotes today is causing you to play dirty and its downright disgusting, shameful, and in poor taste - have a little dignity. I get the feeling that you cheat on people a lot and are trying to l…

He didn't blow up. Blowing up would be yelling at her and beating her up. He calmly left after realizing they fundamentally wanted different things out of life and relationships. His job is to protect himself and his feelings - why should he cause himself unnecessary pain of lingering just so she doesn't feel bad. And obviously being such a long relationship, things happened before, over time, that lead up to this breaking the camel's back - he made it clear how he feels about cheating and monog…

He isn't "blowing up" for no reason - he realizes they want fundamentally different things out of life and he's trying his best to move on from a relationship he doesn't want.

This is what disgusts me about some women. This sense of entitlement. Just because I'm a woman, if you disagree with me or don't want give me what I want - you're a misogynist.

Insecurity doesn't equate with different tastes... What a disgusting and shameful point of view, using guilt and manipulation, just because someone doesn't agree with you makes them insecure? This is a case of a girl showing herself, and guy realizing his tastes and needs out of life are different than hers. I'm not shaming this girl at all, if she wants to be in an open relationship at all, she should be with someone who does.

He didn't overreact - they just weren't right for each other, they wanted different things out of life. And it's a 5 year relationship, you don't know what else happened before that conversation - maybe she was giving him many other indications that they weren't right for each other and this was the straw that broke the camel's back. And libertypole is right, exploring anal (WITH HER) is not anywhere in the same ball park as "fucking other dudes". I'm guessing a solid double digit percentage of …

The swing was my favorite thing to do at the park, its nostalgic and reminds me of childhood. When I'm having a bad day, riding on the swings help me relax. Swings are great.

Of course it is, given the context. "I don't want you smoking in front of kids, but if you had your own kids its ok to smoke in front of kids." Try using that line the next time a woman asks to get promoted to an executive management position. "I'm sorry babe, but just because men work in high paying jobs doesn't mean you should too."

A cop asked you a question, and you felt violated? No. I'm lucky to be white, I have no doubt that I would have much shittier times with the cops if I was black or Hispanic. So why don't you go fuck off, man.
/r/MensRights23/08/13 02:52 PM

How would you get me arrested? On what legitimate grounds? Even the cop told me it was legal to smoke there. Being a 2x Iraq War vet these days means shit other than you're a lazy and/or stupid fuck who didn't study in school.

No, they can smoke in front of toddlers. You're being a real dork or bitch or whatever because you are upset people smoke when YOU don't want. Just because a some loser comes up to me and says "I don't want you to smoke", doesn't mean that I can't. The cop even told me I was allowed to smoke there. Can't and wont, two DIFFERENT words.

Please tell me where it says that public parks are "designed for kids". It's a big park, after 20-30 feet the second hand smoke is virtually gone. You obviously haven't met the parents who smoke and wait while their kids play. You just don't get it, this is public, fuck your stupid kids. If anything, having a retard parent means they should be put out of their misery sooner. Its like you're going up to a couple of gay guys kissing in a public park and be like "excuse me, I don't want my kids exp…

I wouldn't characterize someone as an inconsiderate douche just because they don't accommodate spoiled little cunts with an extreme sense of entitlement.
/r/MensRights23/08/13 02:03 AM

First of all I think you might need a basic lesson in physics. Do you understand the mechanics how the smoke dissipates and concentration decreases (I want to say exponentially but I might be wrong) as a function of distance? And they are not being "subjected" to it, they aren't forced to be near me, they can walk away. Second, I do not do whatever I want with no regard for others. As I already told you, which you blatantly ignored, when I first got to the park, I scoped the place out, looking f…

Actually, the swings I was on were designed for adults or large children. They have different swings, some have the strap in chain, some or short or low to the ground, the swings I was on, were long, high up off the ground so it would be difficult for a little kid to ride it. And please tell me where you get it that those swingsets were designed for children.

I'm smoking because I'm stressed out and I'm trying to relax - not because I'm trying to be a douchbag. The real douchbags are spoiled brats like you with an unhealthy sense of entitlement. When I smoke in public I try to do it out of the way because I know people don't like it. But if I go over to some swing set where no one is around because the swinging calms me and then a light up a cigarette because it calms me, and THEN some dipshit parents like you come with their spoiled, loud kids to wh…

Not that it matters, but I was there first, alone, then parents came and brought their kids. It's a public park. Smoking is allowed in this public park. If you don't like your kids playing around smoke, then you don't have to take them there. And swings aren't "children's equipment".

Mature now? Just like your original post. Queef.
/r/MensRights23/08/13 01:02 AM

Public just means you are free to use it under certain rules. Yeah, and none of those rules were "NO SMOKING".
/r/MensRights23/08/13 12:58 AM

/r/MensRights23/08/13 12:56 AM

Man, you cannot stop queefing... Don't you know its impolite when you're trying to have a conversation with someone and you just queef relentlessly without abandon?
/r/MensRights23/08/13 12:52 AM

First of all, where is it decreed that parks are "designed" for children? Second of all, when I went to the park, I went to the side, where there were no people. Then people, with their kids, came. I didn't force those kids to come play next me. Not that any of that matters, because it's a public park, nobody is forcing anybody to do anything.
/r/MensRights23/08/13 12:46 AM

Damn annoying? Just sit on a park bench? You have an unbelievable sense of entitlement. This is a public park. I wanted to swing on the swings, they're the only playground activity you can swing on. I can't swing on a park bench.
/r/MensRights23/08/13 12:41 AM
4

Exactly. I can't address delusional/irrational arguments. Get yourself some psychiatric help, then you'll be able to start making rational arguments, and then we'll be able to have a discussion. But essentially you're just queefing out of your mouth, there isn't much I can do for you other than tell you to get help.
/r/MensRights23/08/13 12:31 AM

It's essentially dedicated as a public park.

I wish I could, but what do you do? In general I try to ignore the cops as much as possible, but in this situation I feel like if I would have just ignored that cop he would have gotten shittier and more difficult. I felt if I just answered his stupid questions it would put him at ease that I'm just a normal dude and he would leave me alone sooner.
/r/MensRights22/08/13 08:23 PM

Yeap, as the cop left he said "well, you might want to sit somewhere else." I said "No, I'm pretty comfortable here, thanks though."

It's very difficult (personally I'd say impossible) to have "correctness in discourse" when we apply subjective feelings and assumptions.
/r/MensRights14/06/13 04:56 AM

I don't say it like "it's no big thing", I'm objectively pointing out facts. Perhaps you assumed a certain tone? It is nature/science/biology that females get pregnant but not males - its a fundamental difference, so I'd say it would be impossible to stretch the case to make it equal. This is the truth today. Maybe one day with science and/or evolution it will change.

Yeah, I've been in similar experiences. It's simply just not the purpose of a relationship. After a long day of stress and arguments at work, coming home to stress and arguments on ideological matters is not a fulfilling life.

The headline of the article is overly dramatic but the content of the article is logical. The title is misleading (pretty much just a flat out lie). This is irresponsible journalism intended to draw knee-jerk reactions to promote circulation. Capitalism at its finest.

Yeah, its def more than 1 in 20, I'd say a conservative estimate would be 10-20%. Sarstan, the reason it might appear smaller is because of the rampant homophobia that exists in society. So, many closet gays stay in the closet for fear of persecution and hate crimes.

Even if that were true, absence of a positive is not the same as presence of a negative. Just because you can't take the elevator, doesn't mean you can't take the stairs. These days everyone feels offended if the world doesn't go out of its way to help. We live in a naturally competitive society.

One of these days, a woman is gonna get fired because a guy went behind their back and reported inappropriate conduct or speech. And then the feminists will say he did it in a public fashion as a direct assault on women, and he should have handled the situation privately. Both sides do this, just because someone is an asshole doesn't mean they are sexist/prejudice. If you're a woman and your male boss fires you, the first thing you question is your performance, not your sex.

Extremely irresponsible journalism. "If we admit there are structural barriers to entry, and a culture that actively discourages and women and men of color from participating, then it logically follows that technology is not a meritocracy." It's OK to mislead and manipulate people, as long as you put an "IF" at the beginning of the sentence.
