I have a clean record, I live closer to his school, boy just turned 5, and court is on tuesday. She said I fired a gun at her and that's all it took. She doesn't have a restraining order, but temp sole custody

No restraining order, but I'm not allowed at her house, I have a safwe place to live at my grandparents which have a big empty house. I'm closer to my sons school. I was wrong she has temp sole custody, no restraining order. Court is next week and I have a lawyer on it already. I'm Just hemmoraging money now.

I habe done those things ie counciling and work reductions. She has flat out refused. Also when I ask if she is seeing someone she gets angry and says fuck you, but no denial

So far she has been great communicating about our son, am letting me see him. She is just unwilling to talk about our relationship, she says she already told me and doesn't want to talk. But that's the only answer she gives for anything
