| 4 | Balancing going out and working on yourselfYes, this is hard. Sometimes it's going out all the time and then periods of reading, working out etc. Not really going out much. I think the balance is to make it a point of when in an introspective period to go out atleast once a week to a bar/club or other social activity. It's super hard when not in that mode to want to do this, but 15 mins of being in that environment you will loosen up and will be good.
