I agree it's stupid to criticize a creative, hot ad but it's also stupid to get hooked on it and spend hour out of your day being outraged by the reactionary outrage. Gosh, this has nothing to do with MensRights. Mods should ban these posts - no wonder nobody takes this movement seriously.

If you actually talked about personal things that make you uncomfortable and therapist asks you the right questions, it would help you. Gosh, how can one be so daft.

I'll have to disagree. Adolescent was well written show, well balanced. It simply wasn't focused on the issues women face. I wish we could also have equal show focused on women as well as this was excellent exploration on masculinity, trauma and issues men face. And show wasn't about social media poisoning anyone, it was more of society being screwed up. Just social media plays important part of that.

I feel like this was one of the problems with Kamala campaign. Where Conservatives are leaning too far in extremism and they have no problems about it, Democrats always were more spread out between middle and far end of the spectrum. With Kamala campaign doubling down on a lot of far end spectrum ideas, the ones more in middle, either didn't vote or, if they felt threatened by virtue signaling in media, voted for Trump. If America had three parties on about equal measure, one being in middle, I …

Doesn't nudist resort only means being nudes while going to SPA and whatnot? There is nothing actively sexual about it. I been to nudist SPAs, saunas and swimming nude when I was a kid, teen and adult - there's nothing special about it. Then again I live in a European country were we are more cool with nakedness. I do agree this case doesn't imply body ownership, it's a relationship in bad shape. But I don't agree that this was a little adventure or comparable to strip club.

I can confirm that in Croatia you get in both cases that the partner may be feeling stressed and so on. But that just may be because of lack of hotlines in the country.

I am happy he is openly talking about it even if he tries to simplify and assume the causes of this. Keep in mind humans are a product of millions of years of evolution with strict biological roles in our primitive form - issues between genders in modern society are far deeper and more complex than we realize due to it and will take generations in modern society to change in a meaningful way. That said, I do feel inclined to echo the feeling of isolation and see it as normal. I've always bee…

I do technical interviews for QA specialists in my company along with some of my more senior employees. We tend to be more forgiving if a woman doesn't know something versus a man. It's not an active decision on our part, we simply are. With women interviewers it's the opposite. But we are in a hot market so we don't end up rejecting someone based on any of that as we need all talent. It's the salary expectations that force us to reject some (we do have question templates that help us judge more…

A friend-girl of mine once invited me for dinner, she got super stressed about planning her things and locked off and I felt like a neglected guest. When I tried to gently push her out of that state and remind her that I am there too, she angirily told me to stop it. We are friends but not close enough to be sharp at each other or where we could neglect one as a guest. After she got out she did explain that the gentle approach I used isn't great for her and it's reasonable I have yet to learn ab…

Naa, I mean I care but not in negative way. I always find it more interesting if a girl changes up her outfit regularly but if you don't, that's fine. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Sure calling someone an animal in this context can be rude but consider that while standing and peeing in toilet stuff splatters all over - even if your eyesight is bad and don't feel it, it does happen, so I can understand putting up signs saying that they want you to sit.

Traffic really shows this. It's more often women that won't let me ahead of them or wait a bit on me while I have to make a manouver. I feel like emotionally expressive people are more likely to be selfish in traffic.

I got his/her point - to battle inequality in some countries, priority for positions should be given to women as it equals out WvM in the industry and as a result may battle the inequality. It may work in some extreme cases, but first and foremost country has to give equal opportunities to both, men and women, after that or at the same time, you may need to launch some women (or men) empowering programs as well as promote equality. I don't think employers should give a priority to a specific gen…

Modern discrimination against women is partly women responsibility. They are more emotional, so if they are judging other females, they are biasing their opinion much more than men are. They are not trying to be pretty because advertisements are showing off pretty girls, they are trying to be pretty because they are trying to compete with their fellow females, it's a pretty subconscious thing but it happens. Men are thinking more objectively (this is because their thoughts in different areas of …

It sounds like a difficult mother to have that might not support her son in times when he needs to be supported. (it just sounds that way, I am not sure whether that is true) Not related to this post or men/women issues at all, but once on a street I heard a mother talking to her son (we have 10 mark grading system): Mother: How was your day at school today? Son: Good, I got 8 during the class work. Mother (seems annoyed): Only 8? Son: I scored the highest in the class, besides it wasn't even a …

...we see a pretty girl (our age or older, hopefully), we see she's hot, additionally she brings out her own sexiness, we sexualize her instinctively. Is this what she is referring to? Because it's not something we can just stop - we can learn to control them to the extent that such thoughts and desires doesn't influence our lives, but they always will be present. If she means those men that take time imagining how are they having sex, it most likely isn't rape, because in those imaginations she…

During my childhood I had a rather rich imagination. It was all about blood, killing, fighting, wars and body parts. In my 4th grade I wrote a story about killer baboon who killed all the soviets, beheaded them, put their heads on spikes in our country and that is how our country became free of Soviet Union. All it took was for the teacher to put a stuffed monkey toy in front of the class and to tell us "write a story about it". My parents were called, but my father was more entertained and amus…

Well, I must agree that the woman was being more of a fool, but I can't say that you were the wise guy there. Both of you were pretty foolish. You should've left the discussion when you felt that she won't try to see your point - it just isn't worth it, there are tons of people like that.

Now I might be wrong when I say this, but I believe it only makes sense. The issue about them being private schools with wealthier kids mean little in comparison with them being single-sex. The way men think is the reason here. Minds of men are separated in many little rooms and each room has its own thing going on. One room is meant for watching the TV, another, is for studying, a different room is for sex things and there is also room for emotions and many different other rooms. When a man wat…

In my country majority of women still consider video games as something childish. Many of women find these flash, java etc. games in browser and enjoy those, then they find a little game like Angry Birds on their mobile device and then thy waste their time on these foolish games. It frustrates me to see them not recognizing serious AAA games as something actually worth time spending on. I always am going to say this: A good game is like a good book or a good movie.

Now that I have read the article I can comment further. I see his point, forget about sexist bulshit, but he had a good point, because women really does not have as good physique as men do. But if the standards are lowered for them, then often women police officers won't be assigned heavier duty and some women might find it sexist, because their freedom in the career they love will be limited. Therefore I propose a different solution, have the lowered standard test as well, but give the women ch…

Is it that difficult to understand that women and men have different goals and that most women are simply not interested in succeeding in politics? -Sure there are exceptions, but those exceptions if professionals are chosen/elected/accepted freely regardless of gender. All this means is that a lot of weak profiles are going to be put in place of professionals.

It's funny, because she accepts the fact that women goals tend to be not as large as men goals, at the same time she considers goals made by most women are not as important as goals made by men, making herself look like as if she hates women nature. I believe women and men have a right to have their goals considered equally important, because union between a male and a female cannot be harmonious if they doesn't support each other through their goals. This woman wants to force her different natu…

OK, it's a male, that's correct, because nature has two sexes and humans doesn't have the ability to decide their own natural gender. But while trying to see a point out of their statements, what if we did let our children grow without teaching them what are the supposed roles of males and females society. Hell, let's even remove the media and society influence or any kind of influence. Let's give them proper education with little to no opinions, but proven facts. They'd grow up making their own…

What I mean by not engaging in these arguments, is that taking an actual action would do better in this 'fight against injustice'. There are many women and even men that think the way you described(males can not be raped), but if you were to start arguing with each one of them, not only it would be ineffective, but also impossible. Take a position of power and make that change using it. Winning, losing and overall participation in arguments against widely spread beliefs is not the most useful we…

No offense OP, but you were getting a bit immature towards the end of that FB comment list. As for that woman, at least she tries to see a different point when proven wrong, even if that new point still was being aimed against men. She's not the worst kind of feminazi. As for her point on Adam and Eve, she got it a bit wrong, Adam was seduced by Eve in eating the apple (I guess it wasn't a sexual seduction, but persuasion). Yes Adam could've refused the apple, but they had a natural trust in eac…

...but little girls love pinkish and purplish colors (silver, golden and sparkly as well)..they also love baking, dolls, gardening, beauty things and lots of princess things. Sure, not every little girl, but the majority does. Boys usually go for 'cool' things. ...then again this feminazi would render this to their ridiculous point of view.
