I'm sorry I guess I was a little confusing! What I meant was if from the get-go with a woman you say things to imply you aren't interested in her, such as calling her "buddy" or talking about how you're going to be such great friends, etc, it actually builds attraction with a lot of women (everyone wants what they can't have). Of course, you are still going to have to act on that attraction you've built up, and of course it has to be with more than words!

I think there is an exception to this rule, being that if YOU are the one to friend zone HER, then it's entirely possible to go from being friends to being sexual.

Thank you for the advice! My problem with my approach anxiety is overthinking what I am going to say to a girl or group. That "Are you causing trouble" line would be perfect for any situation and I can just use it without overthinking to the point I scare myself off haha.
