Lol that's not how it works. Spending a night in jail for a dispute doesn't show up on employee background checks, especially when he isn't being charged with a crime. Also if he ran and the cops came, he would look like the guilty one that assaulted the women.

Should we start letting 13 year olds walk around with guns? Vote? Drive? According to you, It sounds like they are old enough to make all their decisions intelligently. People who make false rape accusations towards someone should do the exact same time the rapist would have done. I don't mean where a suspected rapist is found not guilty. I mean people who just say they were raped to get out of saying they cheated on their bf or something.
