Creat large, concentrated effort to give criticism to, demonize, or condemn certain male behaviors which, for some reason, includes traditional tendencies or even speaking to women in a manner that could be perceived as flirtatious. Use wide arrays of platforms from social media, politics, HR policies or IRL groups to normalize these criticisms into the mainstream over period of literal decades. Criticisms reach mainstream to where they become both trendy and the accepted norm given the sway soc…

Yes, please talk about me like a Chimpanzee on display in an iron cage for a room of 1870's British Eugenicists. That is DEFINITELY the way.

...I really hate using this logic but like, does this not absolutely happen in the opposite direction as well? I feel like its probably algorithm trying to rage engage me but I read and experience tons of instances of women trying to strong arm and shame their way into mostly male spaces under the guise of wanting to participate in the community, and some really DO just want that which is what sucks. There are a bunch of bad actors who say the same thing but really they're trying to change thing…

"Fight to have bodily autonomy for 2,000 years" So women ARE vampires.

Genuine question. I've heard this from 3 of my gay friends, who genuinely despise when straight women invade their spaces. How do you address this? because from what they've told me, the women are either completely oblivious about this or shame people for telling them they shouldn't be in another's space by majority. what's up with that?

"I can understand and empathize with your perspective and the message of the ad, but can you empathize with my own issues with how my gender is represented in media?" "No."

And remember, if you challenge what was said here you're just a fascist who hates women.

Few people know this but, there is a special ingredient needed for a woman to give birth oddly enough. Dude Cum.

you'd have to be reeeally egotistical to try and systematically destroy everything I liked when I was a kid and then ask for my help.

This reminds me of a time in elementary school where some girl kept hitting me ( I can't remember why) and I pushed her away, only for two other boys to shove me down and say YOU CAN'T HIT GIRLS or some such, and while I was asking why tf I wasn't allowed to protect myself this girl kept hitting me, grinning like a snake, and all I could do was try to block her, but the two other boys were like, right there, waiting for me to hit back so they could beat my ass. One even stopped me from blocking …

There are tons of women in the files, but nobody is ready to point that out.

Same. Feminism in and of itself is a positive force of change for society. the most modern flavor of it is what seems to demonize the concept (And rightfully so as it is literally just hating men and being the worst).

"Good. I'm glad you know what its like for us." After sharing my story of being sexually assaulted by a woman while I was drunk. Another I told laughed. Shit turned my heart to stone.

Just take your time with it brother. It isn't a race, and it takes as long as it needs to. My advice though, would be to get the whole story written first then go back instead of hyper fixating on every little thing.

Weaponize your depression like I did and you'll find that writing your book becomes something to look forward to rather than the daunting task it is. Pour some of your soul into it. Don't drink because of it, but don't give up either. Finish the book my friend, even if nobody ever reads it. its worth it.

Does anyone else find it so irritating that in order to speak about mens issues you seem to be required to acknowledge women's issues first?

My biggest pet peeve about this is the absolute lack of self awareness people on the left exude about this issue. its always: "I can't believe young men aren't voting the way we want and siding with Republicans. fuck them." and never "wait a second, WHY would young men be siding with republicans over us?" Like it just cannot be that THEY might be in the wrong with their messaging. impossible to consider. inconceivable. If they do not change this mindset I fear the next election is already lost.

Schrodinger's Crime Statistics Statistics are simultaneously unusable if presenting a certain group in a negative light and also undeniable fact when the argument benefits that group.

Simply phrase it in the opposite direction. If, in your head, you can realistically see it being problematic to say "The Future is Male" then it is just as bad.

I....Actually completely agree. When I realized what I was doing was not an ethical or morally guided thing, I wanted so badly to blame the women who, in my head, pushed me into and made me that type of person. But I knew deep down it was all my own choices and that I had to come to terms with that, which in turn meant I had to do the work to become a better person. It took some time, but not as much as I thought. I knew what I was, I didn't need to blame other people because at the end of the d…

I know my experience doesn't dictate anything but, when I was like 18-21 I REALLY just wanted a serious relationship/love. I lived in California at the time, and everyone there is about as deep as your average glass of water. I got used for food and attention a LOT, and they weren't cheap dates. I wanted to show the effort and that I was serious. and the few times when I was successful on dates, I would get told that they didn't want any strings, or that this isn't commitment, or any other numbe…

God I love Pete Buttigieg. I have some pretty conservative opinions at times but if he runs I'd vote for him.

So i'm on season two. Am I right to think the way I do? Conrad just comes across as a manipulative, moody bitch while his brother comes across as a gentle, obvious better choice.

I am currently watching this show with my girlfriend and all I can say is it doesn't matter how either of them are with each other, Conrad just SUCKS.

It's because when weak people are given power they never had they either learn to respect that power (a reddit mod, lol) or become drunk with it, feeling the need to lash out at ant opportunity to assert dominance. It's how middle schoolers act.

Rereading my own comment, it comes off kind of snarky. this was not the intention lol. I am genuinely curious, as some people, regardless of what's actually happening, create scenarios like this. Whether something is actually going on or not.

"Not a single man said a single thing." Interesting. Did the women, with the exception of you, and to include the woman "Photographed" say anything?

As a man who was graped by a woman, laughed at by the first woman I told, and also told they were glad it happened to me so I "could know what it was like" by another, It is indeed just human nature, sadly. we are all simply vicious, savage animals masquerading as sophisticated beings, attempting to stifle the beast and blame everyone but ourselves for our inner evils.
