If you get in a relationship with this mindset you will start to depend on the other person. 19	Why you self sabotage To everyone asking how do you love the yourself I'll lay out here what works for me: meditation. Start by being aware what don't you like about yourself. Then realize that your anger towards whatever that is is nothing but pain. Feel that pain, cry, throw up, just let those emotions come up. Be empathetic with yourself and understand that you've been carrying this pain for a long time. I can write about this at length in another post.	/r/seduction	05/12/19 07:34 AM
