It's really not that hard to use the internet and find cases of people being jailed or punished for false rape accusations lol. Police sexually assault over 120 woman each year in America alone. However, defamation of character cases cannot take place when a rape accusation cannot be proven to be either true or false, in that case neither party would be punished.
