Any amputation done in a hospital by doctors is a surgical procedure, that doesn't make it any less wrong when the parts amputated are perfectly healthy and provide a unique function.

Yes of course, it was done to make men civilized and keep them from masturbating and not enjoying sex so much. If you don't believe me check out what Maimonides wrote on circumcision, he was a highly respected Jewish Rabbi and scholar.

Yes, circumcision is a form of mutilation against the choice of the boy it's being preformed on, but if this is an issue to talk about, America and Canada should be two of the very last places it should be a concern for, not the first or first few. I don't know about Canada but America is one of the only "western" countries where circumcision is a norm so it should definitely be discussed. It's not even technically true. It's bullshit all the way through. Why would you want to have an open wound on a baby that is already in diapers. Urine and fecal matter is not something you want close to a wound. You should not retract the foreskin of babies or young children and you should never forcibly retract it. there is no need to wash underneath until it's naturally retractable.
