2	How to become a 'go-to' guy? I've been one of these guys for my entire life. The trick is to just always say 'yes' (for a while at least) to any invitation that is thrown your way. In addition to this, set up plans yourself and invite people! You may have a flopped social outing or two when you just get started, but once you get the ball rolling on this you really do get yourself in a cycle of feedback that's extremely helpful.
