This is probably one of the best posts I’ve read in a long time. I was the outsider for a long time (I box professionally) so I had this idea that it doesn’t matter what the average person says or think, I can do whatever I want. You hit the nail on the head with this post. If there’s 2 things I’ve learned about people: 1. They’re slaves to their emotions 2. People would rather be unhappy than be uncertain. I actually studied finance at university and I came across a macro chart that showed the average amount of risk a human takes. It was the lowest it had ever been in history.
