Why does no one think that maybe her ex did something bad to her? And the weed bought that trauma back or something like that. If a girl does something weird, no one ever thinks there's a valid reason for it. There could be, or there couldn't. But don't make your judgement without more information.

You go where they go, you do what they do. When you finally interact with them, you act like you are them. You don't act like you want to be like them. You treat them with no fucks given. As if you would treat anyone, they give you shit, you dismiss it, why would you care? High value people are very power conscious, if they feel for a second they are above you, you've lost.

A few life rules that I've embraced. #1 Structure. Plan ahead. You should somewhat know what your day consists of and when you work out etc. #2 Sleep. Non-negotiable good nights sleep. 8h-10h before bed, cut caffeine. Don't workout too close to bed time. Eliminate light before bed. If you're interested in sleep and its pros and cons, read/listen to Why We Sleep. Have other rules as well, but they don't apply here.
