Cptsd is complex post traumatic stress disorder.

My friend Helen. The woman is a queen and doesn't care what others think. She straight talks and doesn't talk behind your back. She understands cptsd and never invalidates me. I think the absolute world of her. Public figures Rebecca Lolosoli who founded the only women's village in Kenya. Susan B Anthony and Queen Elizabeth 1

It is rife in my area. Caucasian women give Muslim men kids . I don't see the appeal. My answer is straight to the point. If believing in a man in the sky gives others comfort great but i love food and as a foodie I dont want my dietary habits dictated to by a book that has little relevance in the 21st century, just my opinion.

He has whined on about not being able to go to the gym as pre covid he pretty much spent his life in there. Proof that a great body doesn't mean you are high value

Exactly. Had a porter at work (secretary in the NHS) completely overstep my boundaries and ask me if I wanted a shoulder massage, job is mega stressful. I TWICE said no. Stupidly, because i was tired and burnt out (counting down till this Friday till i am off) told him men are triggering. The next day i point TOWARDS the office to let him know of a job I rang in and he chastised me about rude to point. No ahole I was pointing towards my office NOT at you!!! The following day that idiot gaslighte…

Yes but I know my body and know the spot for this is just inside the vagina. So I have historically before celibacy would orgasm.

What this site has done has diminished my anger towards men because I feel heard, seen and am not shamed. I can now talk to men and not feel triggered every time due to childhood trauma. I am now wholly focused on my future and levelling up instead of a rinse repeat self hatred. Finding this site helped me so much

That sucked in cheek look is rife in my area. Along with grey skin tone and a lot of older men have assistance scooters. Not going to even mention the heinous teeth. Yeh for "working" class men 🙃

I am friends with a no nonsense queen. This woman has inspired me so much. We are very different in looks, she is very 1940/50s Hollywood glamour and I am a tom boy but I have a deep and profound respect for her. I tend to slough off women like that. They don't stick. I am at a point in my life where I have zero time for other peoples insecurities and inability to look inward and work on themselves. I refuse now to repeat myself. I have told them I am in my lane focused on levelling up. My actio…

It really teaches you so much about how others perceive you once your body language and posture changes. I get frustrated by outdated concepts and hostility by both sexes because my tone of voice is not soft, I am not doing the whole Princess Diana Eye and head thing and being assertive and decisive. They do not get they are buying into a system created to keep women down. I know I am not a bad person and will keep being me. I refuse to cow tow to some outdated sexist rigid ideal on what makes a…

Pre covid, firm handshake, lots of eye contact. Do not lean forward, that coveys the typical female concern in more intense conversations, lean back. It took me a lot of conscious effort but it changes dynamics in how people subconsiously perceive you.

Body language is important, face to face. Also I have developed a harder edge in my voice and it works when shutting down men talking over me on the phone at work. My colleague ain't so successful because she lacks assertiveness so a conversation that could last 5 minutes I have witnessed going on and on for 30 minutes. I walk shoulders back, spine straight and take up space where I am. It is slightly masculine but it sends a subconsious message you have masculine energy. You can be feminine as …

Thank you for letting me know i am not alone. My narc father moved on 3 months after my mum was dead. He only cared about his needs. His new wife is a pickmeisha and accused me of being a gold digger. One of her sons randomly rang me to let me know he's dying of covid. Sorry strange man I hardly know. I dont have a relationship with that man and mourned what could of been a long time ago. Who rings somebody after years of estrangement to tell a person this. Just launches into letting me know he …

I used to love sex. Am still a very sensual person for food, touch, smell etc etc. Would be in the moment, enjoying every sensation. Confident and secure enough to know my body and guide a man to what I like. Then along comes the double standards and patriachy. One too many shamings and seeing men get treated differently. So now I am celibate. Sad that if you truly enjoy sex it can backfire as a woman.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy23/10/20 09:46 AM

A million times YES. Men who say they are highly sensitive tend to be OVER sensitive to any and all perceived criticism. I have empathy for others so try to be mindful to those around me and need a lot of time alone as find people draining. They can dish it out but can't take any criticism, perceived or otherwise.

Mine is long one side, short the other. Im 44 and doing what the f I want with my hair. First time a man asked if I was gay I was taken aback. I work with a gay lady who has long hair so not sure really where this logic comes from. I also know a lady with very long hair, who is gay 🤦‍♀️

Had a few men contact me a few years ago hoping to cheat on the mother of their child. I was blunt. You can't have it both ways. You either want kids or a sex life. You don't get to have both. Wasn't received well. Im cut up....obviously 😂

You are joking???? I am British and a lot of british men are louts with cavemen attitudes to women. Where I live they still in 2020 hang onto the outmoded concept of wife raises the kids 🤦‍♀️ got literally yelled at a la kai Anderson at the end of the season.

True confidence means you don't feel threatened by others and hence talk down or speak negatively: young, old, thin, bigger, prettier, better hair etc etc. You just stay in your lane and support 🤷‍♀️

This used to annoy me as felt they were invalidating my words and hurt at the hands of their gender. I hoped that once just once a man would realise my needs matter and listen and understand that it was not about them personally but realised most just are so sensitive.

It pertains to women competing with each other as there is never enough men for procreation, sex, jobs etc etc. Society created this illusion of scarcity. Hence it creates relational aggression and I will guarantee some if not all have been on the receiving end if this or the two women fighting over a man. Personally she can have him. Ain't got time or inclination to argue with another woman over any man. I know what is right for me will be for me, I'm just in my lane levelling up for me.

After reading feminist literature such as female eunuch and feminine mystique I understood the scarcity mindset that is subconsiously taught to all women from a young age. Most women I have shared my truth with have been supportive which makes me question the whole narrative of slut shaming coming from women. I know of a few judgey women they all tended to from the same stock sadly. Whatever I am still going to support and uplift women. On a separate note I read about Lilith from Jewish mytholog…

My cousin. She is a narcissistic pickmeisha asshole. Thinks she is better than me and sneered down her nose at me because I didn't get myself into lots of debt moving to an unaffordable postcode area, ya know living within my means. I may not ever be mega rich but I will never have been so desperate for a baby that I trapped a man into getting me pregnant (who is a an unemployed weed smoker fyi) and then after getting trapped refused to see his son or pay money. Ladies you ever notice in a lot of photos the women look dead behind the eyes. I mean not a hair is out of place and they are immaculately groomed beside their man in the photos but the smile a) doesn't reach the eyes and b) there is nothing going on behind the eyes or is it just me?

Did I mention he spiked my drinks as well!!! That's just the tip of the iceberg of my mothers behaviours towards me. I had issues, huge issues. Sex addiction is no joke for a woman. Yup. Had this done to me. After narcissist dumped me, to protect his "nice guy" image he slurred my name, jumping into bed with a much older woman mere weeks later while I had 2 years extensive therapy for my cptsd. I live in a small town (saving to leave) and now my name is mud. Whatever! They don't know my story. I was ostricized for what I told him and how I know it's not forgotten? That makes me so angry. My father is an emotionally unavailable narcissist. It took nearly 10 years including emdr therapy to untangle the damage that man and my mother did. How utterly invalidating to the girl who went through that
