Hello, I had a shoulder injury when I was 18 and had it pretty bad up until I was 20, than by 21 it was a little better and 22 even better now 23 it's the best it's been. My advice would be to do the exercises you can do without pain, and learn how the shoulder can move slowly and overtime. It's a long journey.
