Actually that's just my "witty," observation. The fact is Secretary Justice plans to close down female prisons because she believes that prisons aren't good place for women and they should be sent "community centers", where they would receive help and won't have to commit crimes. In my opinion this plan goes hand-in-hand with the plan to introduce punishments for "crimes" like: Being anti-feminism. Being Misogynistic. Which were heavily discussed in the parliament, earlier this year.

Actually this is proven bullshit. Boys aren't more likely to have ADHD than girls. Girls are just much better at masking it and symptoms aren't exactly the same as in boys. Most girls with ADHD actually have the low-energy subtype, meaning they aren't rowdy, so they don't get diagnosed up until they're adults and their life is falling apart. Median age of diagnosis for boys is 7 years old, for girls is 30.
