I wish people would stop making a big deal out of women’s virginity. It really isn’t a big deal. Your first time you ever have sex regardless of your gender is usually awkward fumbling with neither of you really knowing what to do. My first time wasn’t that memorable, I’m not with that guy anymore, I don’t ever think about it

There was a tv show in the UK that was done where they put a group of girls in a house without an adult and a group of boys in a house without an adult. The girls organised themselves and made meals, cleaned up after themselves and worked together whereas they boys were wild the entire time, trashed the house and split into two groups, then antagonised each other.

I love it when you guys link sources you quite clearly haven’t read properly 😂😂😂 try reading it again and for anyone else coming across this guys comment, read the source properly. It actually says that women hunted 79% of the time in foraging communities and were involved in big game hunts 33% of the time. It also says that although men hunted more, they often came home emptied handed meaning the women foraging were the main food source. But it also says that men were also involved in foraging …

Think that challenge reflected how men and women have been socialised and taught growing up rather than a reflection of how capable women are of those skills had they been socialised that way.

The most agreeable people in society are men. Also the most submissive people in society are also men. Under every dictator is a group of men enabling and supporting the movement. Every gang is majority men led by a man. Men will do stupid things to fit in with their friends. Men fear speaking out against their friends even if they don’t agree with their behaviour for the fear of being shunned

This really isn’t a gendered issue but personally when being passive aggressive it’s because a reoccurring issue that I’ve spoke about until I’m blue in the face and it’s not made any difference. I know there’s no point talking about it again but I’m still pissed off about it

You understand Google is free don’t you? You can google it and it will tell you what he just told you. Then you can argue with Google if you like. I would also recommend googling the history of monogamy in humans because it really isn’t something we have always done

So pre agricultural times, men weren’t actually that bothered about who their bio kids were as children were brought up by the tribe. That only changed when men started owning land as they wanted to make sure that anything that was theirs was only passed on to children that were biologically theirs. It is also at this time that men wanted to start controlling a woman’s body so that they knew for definite their children were theirs

All the sex education in the world isn’t going to stop porn normalising sexual violence.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/08/26 07:46 AM

Porn is awful, especially on young men’s brains, they tend to use it as their sex education on what sex is supposed to look like and how women are supposed to behave. Obviously it’s acting, so it’s fake. But the reality of it is, young women are having young men do things to them they do not want. It also encourages violence during sex and those young men and fully grown ass men to degrade their sexual partners.

Women are 51% of the population, men were always told it was cool for them to sleep around, so who did you think they were doing that with? Other men? The “sexual liberation” just said to stop shaming women for something they were already doing…….you understand women enjoy sex right? And for those who are having casual sex, they are doing it because they want to?

I’m a stay at home and a full time carer to my disabled child. My husband works full time. I get no help from family because apparently my disabled child is “too hard”. My sister has been a single mum, works full time, my mum and her husband have practically raised my sister’s children. She goes on weekends away, sits in her car outside their house for up to an hour before going in to get them and will still complain she doesn’t get any help. However you and up parenting, it’s hard. The idea of the friend zone is an attempt to shift responsibility on to the person that doesn’t have romantic feelings. There is no friend zone, either you are genuine friends or you aren’t. That’s it. If one of you develops romantic feelings and they aren’t reciprocated there is already a word for that, unrequited love, everyone feels it at one point or another, you deal with it, get over it and either you can continue being a genuine friend or you can’t. But no one is putting you anywhere caus…

We aren’t going to agree on this. I would suggest listening to some really good male creators that speak about the friend zone and why it doesn’t exist but I think you would respond the same way to them
/r/PurplePillDebate05/08/26 06:16 PM
2

All she can say to him is I value your friendship and would like to remain friends, my feelings aren’t going to change about you. It’s up to you to decide whether you can stay friends with me or whether you need space to deal with your feelings. If he continually stepped over that boundary, I’m sure she would end the friendship. Friend zones don’t exist, only feelings or behaviours that need to be addressed and dealt with
/r/PurplePillDebate05/08/26 06:11 PM
0

She’s not responsible for his behaviour or his feelings. He’s responsible for his behaviour and his feelings. It would be infantilising of her to make a decision for him about the friendship. It’s his responsibility to decide whether he can maintain that friendship from a genuine place or whether he needs to take some space to deal with his feelings. She can’t make that decision for him because only he knows what he needs to do
/r/PurplePillDebate05/08/26 06:02 PM

I’d say that guy still isn’t being friend zoned, she sees as him as just a friend. There doesn’t need to be a word to describe his behaviours or feelings. But by saying she friend zoned him, you are holding her responsible for his feelings or behaviours which she absolutely isn’t. At some point that guy will need to deal with his feelings. He either wants to be a genuine friend which he can only do if the feelings go away or he doesn’t and the friendship from his side is disingenuous
/r/PurplePillDebate05/08/26 05:53 PM

So if you are friends with someone and you develop feelings for them, you tell them that and they say sorry I just see you as a friend then nothing about them or how they view the relationship has changed, it’s your feelings that have changed. In that case you need to deal with your feelings. Now the mature thing to do it take some space from the friendship so you can get over them and then if that friendship was important to you and you valued that friendship you will continue it or you decide …

You seem to think that your height and your appearance must automatically make you a catch and the way you speak about your friend is a bit shit. Women’s feelings towards men hasn’t anything to do with feminism. It’s to do with their personal experiences with men. The cat calling that starts the minute your body starts developing, the boys in school that pull at your bra straps, grab at you under the table etc, the fact that 98% of women have experienced sexual harassment, assault or rape. You guys don’t seem to understand this.

Once you finish uni, you need to be able to function in the world, you need to come up with strategies that are going to support you with being able to do this. If you are friends with someone and catch feelings and the other person doesn’t feel the same but you both want to continue the friendship, then take space to deal with your feelings so they disappear and you can be a genuine friend. What about all the thousands of women that are raped every year? The risk to life pregnancies? The children that are raped? The babies that aren’t viable with life? Ectopic pregnancies? Well actually they are if you remove their ability to get an abortion. 39 states teach abstinence which then you know makes it really hard for young people to understand how to avoid pregnancies and over a dozen states allow healthcare providers the right to refuse to prescribe contraception which includes the morning after pill. So to me it sounds like the USA is making it really hard for women to avoid getting pregnant in the first place. And I’m sure you’re gonna say “they should just keep th…

There are men who will literally quit their jobs to avoid paying child support here and considering it’s so easy to get cash in hand here, it’s not a problem. Scaffolders get paid really well and it’s something they can do cash in hand. My dad worked in IT, made himself self employed so he could say he didn’t have a reliable income, didn’t have to pay. Then just moved countries to get out of it completely. In fact he was so damn determined about not being responsible for us, he moved to Aussie.

Not that hard to get cash in hand jobs here, most local pubs here are cash in hand, small restaurants are also cash in hand. If you work as on a building site and know the owner, can get paid cash in hand, work for family, can get paid cash in hand. Same with working in garages. Alternatively they can put you down as working minimum wage and then give you big bonuses instead which then don’t get put through the same which drives your maintenance payments down. I live in the UK, it’s easy here to not pay child support. Get paid cash in hand, don’t have to pay, make yourself jobless, dont have to pay, make yourself self employed, don’t have to pay, move countries, don’t have to pay, put down the wrong address, they can’t find you, you don’t have to pay.

Both of us, more than likely. But you’re comparing a really unlikely situation with a daily reality for mum’s and dad’s. It certainly doesn’t help but I think what actually causes that rarity is societal attitudes towards women, even when rape is believed, the blame still goes to the woman, what she was wearing, if she had been drinking, where she was walking, if it was daytime or night time etc

No 97% of rapists go without punishment, that’s not some. That’s the vast majority.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/07/26 01:35 PM

You don’t believe women, society doesn’t believe women which is why only 1.3 to 3% of all reported rapes lead to an actual conviction. It’s one word against another and even once a rape kit is done, that in itself doesn’t prove it was rape. So 97% to 99% of rapists get off and get on with their lives. Only 2%-5% of all rapes reported are false reports. Yet just under 100% of all rape victims aren’t believed

So power imbalances are usually, boss/employee, teacher/student, huge age gaps, massive wealth gaps, someone with a lot of influence with someone who isn’t etc. That doesn’t describe the vast majority of relationships so I’m not sure what you’re rambling on about

In relationships where there is a power imbalance, there has to be an acknowledgment of the power imbalance and things purposefully put in place so that the imbalance is removed and the relationship to be equal for it not to be a problem.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/07/26 04:39 PM
1

I guess it depends on the initial reason as to why the relationship was pursued to begin with
/r/PurplePillDebate16/07/26 03:53 PM
1

Actually yes I would, when you’re dating and you have different experiences, you work out what you like, what you don’t like, what’s normal in relationships, what isn’t normal in relationships, you establish boundaries for yourself. If you don’t have those experiences, you are being told by the other person what is normal or not normal
/r/PurplePillDebate16/07/26 03:34 PM
2

The majority of women aren’t stating that, you are obviously just being fed online the content you are choosing to seek out, therefore you are reinforcing your own beliefs
/r/PurplePillDebate16/07/26 03:32 PM
1

Because you have unconditional love for your children, the vast majority of parents want what’s best for them and always act in the best interest of their child, not themselves. In romantic or friendship relationships, where there is a power imbalance, the one with the power is seeking out relationships where the dynamic is immediately unequal for their own interests
/r/PurplePillDebate16/07/26 03:31 PM
2

If most men can’t provide it then it’s obvious most women aren’t seeking it, especially considering if you leave the house and actually look at relationships, the vast majority are in the same pay brackets/class etc. they usually have met as colleagues at work or from school, through friends
/r/PurplePillDebate16/07/26 03:29 PM
2

Youre being intentionally pedantic and it’s not relevant for romantic relationships where you know full well that power imbalances are innately predatory
/r/PurplePillDebate16/07/26 03:20 PM
2

Depends on the difference in what each of the couple are earning, if one of you is barely making ends meet and the other is earning significantly more then yes there can be a power imbalance but the majority of men aren’t in that category
/r/PurplePillDebate16/07/26 03:15 PM
2

The majority of men don’t earn enough to be financing anyone’s lifestyle, the vast majority of you are either broke or are just making enough to finance your own lifestyle
/r/PurplePillDebate16/07/26 03:12 PM
3

Inherently no but it can turn predatory if you used the power imbalance to make your child do stuff they shouldn’t be doing, like parents or guardians who abuse their children. Especially step parents that walk into a single mothers lives purely for the basis they have children
/r/PurplePillDebate16/07/26 03:03 PM
4

That’s where your head goes…..your gross
/r/PurplePillDebate16/07/26 02:48 PM

One person in a relationship earning more than the other doesn’t mean there is a power imbalance within the relationship
/r/PurplePillDebate16/07/26 02:46 PM

Why do women in relationships need to ask their partner to do chores. They live in the same house, they can see what needs doing. They need to act like grown ups and just do them. Women aren’t your mums, stop acting like children

The vast majority of people can’t afford to hire anyone to do anything. So who exactly are you talking about? The super wealthy? And you can stop with the ‘let’. It’s more like men don’t pay attention to the fact that the cleaning products need replacing, or what packed lunch things and snacks need picking up, when the kids are running short on something, clothes need replacing, shoes are getting too small, gifts for their friends when they’ve been invited to another birthday party. It’s not tak…

I’ve been through the court system, I was sexually abused as a child by 50 year old man. His solicitor implied to the jury that I was asking for it. They found him not guilty because of her speech. So yes it would absolutely be used against her in court.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/07/26 09:54 PM
2

If she revokes consent at some point during the act and he happens to carry on, if she then goes to the police and it ends up in court, the recording of her consenting would be used against her. It’s not about assuming he will do anything or that’s his intention, it’s about her not putting herself in a situation where that could be a possibility
/r/PurplePillDebate11/07/26 09:25 PM
3

It puts her in a vulnerable position and it’s an incredibly weird request if there’s no ill intention. Why would he need a recording of her consent?

I don’t care?

I have sex with people who aren’t weird enough to ask for voice notes.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/07/26 11:26 AM
5

😂 the reason that guy is asking for a voice note with her consent is because he’s assuming that she will accuse him of rape afterwards. If she agrees to it, she is making herself vulnerable. If you don’t trust the person you are having sex with, you shouldn’t be having sex with them. If you are too stupid to understand consent, you shouldn’t be having sex. It’s that simple
/r/PurplePillDebate11/07/26 11:21 AM

Women who don’t want to date men do date women or stay single
/r/PurplePillDebate11/07/26 11:12 AM
6

Isn’t he presuming ill intentions by having her record herself giving him consent?
/r/PurplePillDebate11/07/26 10:55 AM
3

I’m not presuming anything but it leaves her vulnerable
/r/PurplePillDebate11/07/26 10:41 AM
6

Of course it’s problematic, you can remove consent at any point. The issue with voice note is if she originally consented and then revoked consent half way through and he carried on, it turns into rape. If he has that voice note he can then essentially use it against her
/r/PurplePillDebate11/07/26 10:27 AM

If you don’t want to date women, date men or stay single
/r/PurplePillDebate11/07/26 10:01 AM

Stop acting like consent is confusing or there’s grey areas. Men understand consent perfectly well when it comes to their bodies but when it comes to women’s bodies, it’s suddenly confusing. You understand what consent looks like

If society cared about people then there would be loads of money going into mental health, schools would be set up in a way that benefitted children, rather than trying to turn them into the next generation of worker ants, companies priority woukd be there workers, rather than their profits. The world would be accessible to those with physical and/or mental disabilities etc.

I’m gonna assume you’re from the USA. You’re highlighting how bad the American education system really is. I know you think you’ve got an I’ve gotcha there but it isn’t. It’s more like black people in America were used as slaves during the slave trade. The outside slaves were treated horrendously, the slaves that were living in the house were treated better. Because the slaves that lived in the house enjoyed the privileges they got from living in the house, they would reinforce and be apart of t…

Well no it makes you asset rich but money poor. So simultaneously true. For example you could live in a mansion but not be able to withdraw money from it and your bank account is empty. If you sold your mansion you could have millions but if you’re not in a position to sell then your asset rich but money poor.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/26 03:41 PM

Well actually technically you can, if all your wealth was in assets and you couldn’t access the assets then you would have no physical money or access to money and therefore you could be poor and rich at the same time.

I’m not sure where you’re seeing that women after divorce are highly depressed, every study I have seen about women’s happiness after divorce states that those women are happier. There is a study done by pubmed that states that the happiness outcome after marriage depends on both the mental health of the couple inside the marriage and the quality of the marriage that is breaking up. So I watched that YouTube video and I don’t think it’s a I’m right, the other person is wrong situation. It’s a re…

No it doesn’t care about men which is why it is so damaging in terms of mental health and emotional well being, the patriarchy just values men over women as productive contributors. So basically within patriarchy, men are viewed as handy tools that will benefit capitalism rather than as human beings
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/26 02:10 PM
4

We do but the patriarchy doesn’t care about men or women. It just means that society’s set up in a way that benefits men more. But the only men that are noticeably benefit from it are those in positions of power and wealth
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/26 01:53 PM
12

Society doesn’t care about anyone. Men or women. We live in a system that only cares about whether a person financially contributes to it. The gender of that person is by the by.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/26 09:19 AM

In a scenario where I was still in my early to mid 20’s, my opinion would be based on whether he was a present dad or not.

The original definition of virginity had nothing to do with genitals. Look it up. I don’t care if people really care about that story book. It’s still a load of shit. That “God” that people believe in committed genocide and killed millions and then Christians, that’s okay cause it was in the Old Testament. New Testament God is kind and forgiving. Yeah, no, God is a psycho. You aren’t a kind anything if you have committed Genocide. The cognitive dissonance is crazy. We are now in 2026, science ha…

Like I said insecure or misogynistic. You’re insecure
/r/PurplePillDebate07/07/26 09:55 AM
2

Course I’ve been in a church and I’ve listened to a surmon too. It’s just a load of shit being spewed. I’ve also read a lot of the bible. Which is just a story book about a being in the sky and a magic man. Churches exist to control people. That’s it. People are easier to manipulate and control when they believe they are damned to hell if they aren’t doing as they are told
/r/PurplePillDebate07/07/26 09:24 AM
5

Yeah cause Christianity changed the definition of virginity to what we know it as now. The original definition was a strong independent woman who hadn’t married a man yet. The reason Christianity changed the definition was for no other reason than to control women. That’s it. In fact the only reason Christianity was introduced into society was to control the masses.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/07/26 08:35 AM
5

Is that what you think Christianity is for? 😂
/r/PurplePillDebate07/07/26 08:27 AM
4

Why aren’t we comparing men to toothbrushes. They’re quick to compare women to everything. But we can compare men to a toothbrush. A toothbrush who has only been in one mouth is fine but a toothbrush who has been in many mouths is a disgusting toothbrush
/r/PurplePillDebate07/07/26 08:11 AM
15

You saying things like ‘pre-used’ is misogynistic.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/07/26 08:09 AM
8

The reason is why? Did you also know that the original definition of virgin was a strong independent woman who hadn’t been married to a man . Then the Christian’s got hold of the word and we all know Christianity is deep rooted in misogyny. They changed the definition to mean a woman who hadn’t had sex yet.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/07/26 07:59 AM
14

If you’re bothered about the men who have previously slept with women you are either incredibly insecure or you’re a misogynist. I know in this case, you’re a misogynist considering what you compared women to in your post
/r/PurplePillDebate07/07/26 07:42 AM

I live in a country where healthcare is free, rather than the USA where you are only allowed to live if you have money. The 3rd world country parading around like a 1st world one. But healthcare is a basic human right. Your access to a woman’s body isn’t
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/26 01:50 AM

Considering you can pay for sex, it’s not a limited anything, you just don’t wanna pay for it. But if you’re really wanting sex and you can’t find anyone that fancies you enough to have sex with you and you don’t wanna pay for it, well that is now a you problem

/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/26 01:56 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/26 04:04 AM

Cause it’s not just a man’s situation is it, it involves a whole child who would be more messed up by it than the man.

/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/26 02:29 AM

You’re right I don’t live in Panama but I also haven’t committed paternity fraud so I won’t go to jail anyway 😂
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/26 02:21 AM

I’m not downplaying it, it is awful but it’s not murder so shouldn’t be sentenced as harshly as murder.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/26 02:20 AM

So you don’t think that men in general should stop hitting each other? You don’t think that should change?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/26 02:15 AM

You know I’d love to spend all my money on you but I’m married so maybe another time….

/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/26 02:04 AM

In the UK, you can go to prison for up to 10 years if you’re prosecuted for paternity fraud.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/26 02:04 AM
-1

Well if you care about the men women have had sex with before you, you’re either insecure or you’re a misogynist. Cause why would you care?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/26 01:58 AM

The average prison sentence for fraud ranges from community service to 7 years in prison. So 2-5 years sounds about right as far as I’m concerned
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/26 01:56 AM

In what world should fraud be sentenced more harshly or as harshly as murder…..
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/26 01:47 AM

That feels very much like a man problem and if collectively you stopped hitting each other as a first reaction, wouldn’t the world be a nicer place
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/26 01:10 AM

I just think men in general just have a not my problem attitude towards everyone as long as it’s not personally affecting them. Whereas women are more likely to step in and help someone else because it’s the right thing to do
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/26 12:57 AM

I have intervened when someone is behaving badly towards someone else, this has included complete strangers because it’s the right thing to do. If you live in a society then I feel like everyone should be looking out for everyone around you rather than having a not my problem attitude. Someone is looking sad, go and ask if they are okay. Someone is being harassed by someone else, stand by their side and tell that other person to leave them alone. Someone has fallen over, go help them up. Someone…

No one has their life together when they are young, their brain hasn’t even fully developed at that age. They’re still kids. At that age most young people are still living with their parents. If they’re in uni, they should be living the full uni experience which includes the going out, having fun, working part time so they can pay for their nights out. If they’re working, they can put some aside to save and still use the rest to enjoy themselves
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/26 09:43 PM

You have to remember that although medicine has come such a long way, that women do still die during pregnancy and during childbirth. It comes with very real very big physical risks to both the mother and the baby. Babies still die during pregnancy and during childbirth. Knowing all that, it’s okay for a woman to say, I don’t want to do it. I don’t want to risk my body, I don’t want to risk dying, I don’t want to risk all that to leave the hospital without a baby. Insecure men can be dangerous to women, but insecure people are more controlling, can accuse you of cheating constantly, need constant proof that you like them. It can be exhausting and ruins relationships. Being with someone who is confident in themselves is not just more attractive, it makes the relationship easier

/r/PurplePillDebate22/06/26 01:33 PM

Honestly don’t get what the big deal is. When me and my husband got together, he said it was important to him that we paid 50/50 when we went out, I said okay, I’m good paying for myself anyway and that was it. It wasn’t a big deal
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/26 11:36 PM

I don’t understand why men whine about this. No one is forcing you to fully pay for that date. If you have that conversation before hand and say hey i know the whole money thing is a bit of an awkward conversation but you good with 50/50 while we get to know each other; then you know you can just go out with someone who’s good with 50/50. If you choose to go out with someone who expects you to pay and you don’t want to, then don’t

I wasn’t looking for a relationship when I hit it off with my husband, I had been out with my friends. We exchanged numbers, chatted for 9 months, realised I really liked him and with how long we had been in contact I assumed he must actually like me for me but even in marriages, no is not a full sentence

I absolutely judge people on what they do, like my mums ex who sexually assaulted me at 11, the pervy grown ass men who wolf whistled me when i was preteen, the boys who felt me under the desk when I didn’t want them to, the boys who unclipped my bra in class, my ex that raped me when I was 16, a 35 year old man that raped me when I was 18, a family member and my old scout leader from when I was 12 who slid into my dms the minute I turned 18, the guy that sexually assaulted me on a night out aft…
/r/PurplePillDebate17/06/26 12:52 PM

This absolutely does happen. We start being told by men as children that boys and men only want us for one thing and be sure you are liked for who you are because boys and men will lie to get access and then drop you

The bible is a made up story but sure God told Adam not to eat from the tree of knowledge and wisdom cause he will die, the snake said they will not die. God didn’t want Adam and Eve to have knowledge and wisdom, he wanted them to be stupid and obedient. Eve ate from the tree, didn’t die and Adam now that he saw that Eve was still alive joined in.

Why is that
/r/PurplePillDebate16/06/26 10:46 AM

We got married when we were 23
/r/PurplePillDebate16/06/26 10:31 AM

No, he’s huge next to me 😂. I said about average cause I couldn’t remember average height in my country, think it’s 5’9/5’10 but not sure.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/06/26 09:30 AM

What you mean? I come from a family of short arses both men and women, my husband is around 5’9 so he’s about average, one of my ex’s was around 5’4. I don’t like being with really tall guys cause I already feel too small
/r/PurplePillDebate16/06/26 09:26 AM

Your stats don’t add up, there isn’t an even amount of men to women on dating apps. Men make up 60-75% of users on dating apps, whereas women only make up 25-40% of users. For example on Tinder it’s 75% men, 25% women. So purely due to the sheer amount of men on those apps, of course men are going to swipe more because there are less women to swipe on. Whereas women are always going to swipe less because they aren’t going to be shown the full 75% of the men on there,

/r/PurplePillDebate13/06/26 06:35 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate13/06/26 04:38 PM

My husband didn’t help me once through the night after my c section because “he was tired”
/r/PurplePillDebate12/06/26 11:33 AM
13

It’s for their behaviour, not them being sick. Men will literally watch their wives nearly die during childbirth and then when they get home and they’re still bleeding, have a wound as big as a dinner plate inside them, stitches, will sit their arse down, complain about how tired they are and expect their Mrs to do everything. That’s how men treat their other halves and then expect the world when they are poorly
/r/PurplePillDebate12/06/26 11:17 AM
17

Men don’t get shamed for getting poorly or for resting when they are ill, they get shamed for not allowing their significant other time to recover when they are poorly too.

Nikola Tesla was a misogynist and Isaac newton was prone to violent outburst including punching his sister which more than likely contributed to his perpetual singleness. Women are out earning men and doing better in school and university. Women are also choosing staying single over getting into relationships. It’s men who has “loneliness epidemic” not women
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/26 08:05 PM

I wouldn’t be the one judging you, if your wife caught you cheating on her, your marriage would be over and you will have ended it. But you know, as long as you get dick wet, it’s fair right
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/26 04:18 PM
0

Your marriage should be bigger than sex, obviously to you it’s not
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/26 04:14 PM

Nothing like communication is there……or resolving your problems? But if at some point she turns around and says sex isn’t important to me and it is still to you and that’s a dealbreaker for you, then leave. That way she isn’t getting cheated on and you can go be single and have all the sex you want
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/26 03:56 PM

So stay single? True 50/50 will never exist all the time because there are always times during a marriage or relationship where one of you takes on more than the other. If you have boundaries, communicate them. If you have standards, stick to them. It’s not hard. But if you just don’t wanna bother with women then stop bitching on the internet and stay single.

/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/26 01:24 PM
2

Ohhh 😂 well that’s a bit deceitful isn’t it, don’t you think that she should have had the right to decide whether she wanted to marry a cheater in the first place?

That if she stops having sex with you, you will cheat on her

Ah yes, feminists are the problem in a world ran by men. Governments only care about white rich old men not your average person which is why the draft is there and they don’t care the average man dying in a war. They only don’t make women part of the draft because all we are to these rich old white men is walking talking baby makers. You’re talking absolute rubbish. In the UK, mens healthcare receives 60% more in new funding than women’s. Women might live longer than men but spend significantly more of it in bad health or disabled. You wanna talk about sexism in the justice system, victims that are women are often blamed for the crimes against them which means that the male perpetrators more of than not go free. Last month in the UK 3 teenage boys raped two girls at knife point on two separate occasions and filmed it to shar…

Some Women might say awful things about men, it’s usually in response to something vulgar a man has said or done. Men do horrendous things to women like rape them, sexually assault them, kill them, torture them, film it and send it round their friends. What propaganda?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/06/26 05:41 PM

I’m not sure what the point of this is, short people exist because of genetics. That’s pretty much it. As each generation goes on, people are getting taller but there are always going to people that are shorter than the average. The only way that short people would stop existing is if women stopped having babies what short men and men stopped having babies with short women.

You mean in 3rd world countries where women are still brought up to believe their place is in the kitchen and that men are superior to them? Rather than western countries where women are taught that they can be independent and successful and that a man should add to their lives and be their equal

/r/PurplePillDebate02/06/26 05:57 PM

Bum and chest aren’t sexual at all. They might be sexualised but they aren’t sexual. No one has their balls, dick or vagina out when they are dressed. And for men, they can’t hide them easily when wearing trousers
/r/PurplePillDebate02/06/26 05:43 PM

Women attempt suicide more than men but men are more successful at it because they choose more violent methods. Men’s life expectancy is shorter for a few reasons but main ones are they are less likely to see medical attention when they need it or go to the drs regularly. They are also more likely to engage in riskier behaviour and more likely to die from preventable accidents. As far as the draft thing, active constription ended in January 1973 in the states.

I can have empathy that someone might be shy but until you get to know someone you don’t know if they are shy or just not interested. So what are you supposed to do? Force someone to talk to you? I’m incredibly shy. I was painfully shy at school and people didn’t talk to me because of it. When I asked why as an adult I was told my shyness came off as being stand-offish.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/05/26 04:14 PM

When I first met my husband we were 16/17, I went up to him, tried speaking to him, I was also painfully shy so it took a lot for me to go up to him. He was really shy so when I tried to start up a conversation, I got nowhere and ended up walking off feeling really awkward. We didn’t speak again until I was 20/21. Bumped into each other at the pub, both of us had been drinking so that helped. Luckily he had become a lot less shy otherwise the conversation wouldn’t have gone anywhere again and I …

That’s not my experience. We live in a society where there is no community feel and it’s weird when people talk to you. Both men and women. Sometimes people go out and they are in a sociable mood and receptive to conversation. Other days you will go out and just wanna get in and out with no one talking to you. Someone tries to speak to me on a day I’m feeling sociable, I’m happy to chat. Catch me on a day I wanna be left alone, you’re gonna get one word answers so the conversation ends and I can…

I don’t think it’s even about pandering. The general rule is if someone isn’t interested, you leave them alone. So if someone is coming across as not interested, then you leave them alone
/r/PurplePillDebate26/05/26 11:11 AM

I get that. Hard to find a solution though cause if someone speaks to a shy guy cause they are interested but the guy seems uninterested due to his shyness, it isn’t anyone’s fault

How can you make dating equal? What is it you are wanting women to do?
/r/PurplePillDebate26/05/26 10:26 AM

I want to feel special and chosen for by my husband because I want to know he’s here because he wants to be. I don’t want to feel like I’ve been settled for or that he’s here out of obligation because we have kids together. Feeling you’ve been settled for and that the person you chose to spend your life with is there because he feels obligated to hurts more than words. I’m not bothered about other women. Okay, but your biological sex is deeper, it’s your bone structure, your sexual organs. HRT doesn’t change those things. You aren’t changing your cells. You can’t. If drs were able to change the genetic make up of peoples cells, then genetic conditions wouldn’t exist. HRT alters how you outwardly appear, your hormone levels. Hormone levels are responsible for muscle mass, where hair grows, fat distribution, your body’s metabolism, estrogen is responsible for the growth of breast tissue. It’s your…

I’m not sure what to tell you. You’re gonna view it as you wanna view it but on a scientific level, it doesn’t change your biological sex. Sorry
/r/PurplePillDebate24/05/26 04:19 PM
3

So hormone replacement therapy changes secondary sex characteristics for example, fat distribution, muscle mass etc. However foundational traits like bone structure, genetic chromosomes do not change, your reproductive organs do not change. Which is why for a trans person, gender affirming care is important but you cannot change the sex you are on a biological level. You can only change the outward appearance
/r/PurplePillDebate24/05/26 04:14 PM

It’s not misgendering. They are biologically male. If you’re arguing sex and gender are separate. A trans woman is biologically male in her anatomy and cells. But her gender doesn’t align with her biological sex

How are women playing ‘impossible’ to get?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/05/26 01:15 PM

Feminism doesn’t blame men for everything. Feminists believe that all genders should be treated equally
/r/PurplePillDebate22/05/26 11:53 PM

What do you mean by that because feminism at its core is equal rights for everyone and the belief that the patriarchy hurts both men and women
/r/PurplePillDebate22/05/26 11:47 PM

Everyone is entitled to feel the way they feel. It turns into entitlement when you start blaming everyone else for your own issues

But why are you uncomfortable being with someone who doesn’t dress ‘modestly’
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 03:51 AM

We agree that neither of us have a right to tell the other person what they can and cannot put on their own bodies because to do so would be controlling behaviour
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 03:47 AM
2

Well it isn’t though is it? Because who out of the two of you is deciding what modesty looks like? Because if you are the one making that decision then you are policing what she can wear. And if you are policing what she can wear, you’re being controlling. Every time she goes shopping, does she have to run by you what she wants to buy to see if fits your modesty rule? Where’s the line? I don’t give a shit what my husband wears, it’s his body. My husband doesn’t give a shit what I wear because it…

/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 03:28 AM

Actually it’s not nuanced. Look it up, trying to police what someone wears comes under coercive control and infringes on their human right to autonomy over their own body

Being in a relationship does not give you the right to police what other people wear! That’s the end of it. The minute you try and police what your partner is wearing you have crossed the line into behaving in a controlling and abusive manner.

I was 11 in bed wearing a nightie down to my ankles when I was sexually assaulted by my step dad. What part of that outfit was responsible for his actions? I was 15 when I was anally raped by my ex boyfriend in the back of his car, I was wearing jeans and a baggy hoody? I was raped again at 18 by a man in his 30s when I was wearing thermals and then waterproof layers over the top. What part of my outfit was responsible for that man’s actions? Fuck off with “Other men’s actions are largely based …

Women’s bodies are just bodies. It’s the fact that as a man you are sexualising it and then you want her to cover up because you’re insecure that other men will just be sexualising her body too. Why you making your insecurity her problem. There’s not one conversation about women in relationships policing what their husbands or boyfriends are wearing. So why do you men feel so entitled to her body that you feel like it’s okay to try police what she wears? Women dress for themselves, what they are…

I find these takes just insane. Women are allowed to wear whatever they like. Women don’t get up in a morning and look at their clothes and think what should I wear today to get as much attention as possible. It’s a what do I feel good in, what makes me feel confident about myself. The fact that men think that women dress for them is just a reflection of how men walk around thinking that women exist just for them. Which is why you don’t see us as people.

So women are 1.2 to 2 times more likely to attempt suicide where as men or 3 to 4 times more likely to manage suicide due to methods men use. So it’s not that men are more likely to commit suicide, you’re just more successful at it as you tend to use a more violent method than women. I just asked my husband if he grew up thinking he deserved to die for being male and he said no so obviously not all boys. I agree that this us vs them needs to stop but people are privileged in different ways

I have never used a dating app, my husband did before we got together but I’ve always not liked them. I tried to use peanut once which is like a parent app that works a bit like tinder and I hated it. The apps force people to be superficial. You can’t tell anything about a person from a picture and someone writing something in a description box doesn’t tell you what kind of person they are. It’s really hard talking online too to a stranger, not natural at all. At least in person, you either hit …

Took 9/10 months but we got together, got married two years later now we have been together 10 years with 3 kids

/r/PurplePillDebate15/05/26 04:56 PM

I think the way you view women is disgusting and you are assuming that all men must view women the same as you do. They don’t. That’s not male sexuality. That’s objectification. You can find your partner sexy and beautiful and be really attracted to them without objectifying them

There was no pressure. I wasn’t expecting sex from him, he brought it up, that’s the only thing he wanted to do once I got to his. I literally wasn’t expecting anything from him. As far as I was concerned, the plan was to go to the cinema

We were supposed to be going on a date and we ended up just going to his. It took him 4 attempts to get the condom on, I couldn’t feel anything, then he looked chuffed with himself when he finished. If society wants women to start having children, they need to change the expectation they have. At the moment the default expectation is that the mum is fully responsible for the house and kids on top of working. It’s putting too much on one person. Those kids have a mum and a dad and both should be taking an equal role in their care which incudes the day to day stuff. When you have two adults in a house, both should be equally responsible for making sure that their home is kept clean and tidy. …

Then you’ve never experienced issues that become completely unresolvable, hurt that runs that deep that as much as you would like to there is no moving past it because the other person is unwilling to break the pattern that is breaking you
/r/PurplePillDebate05/05/26 02:30 PM
2

When unhappiness in the relationship becomes the default, the relationship becomes unhealthy. Children don’t deserve to grow up in that environment. Every couple has times where they aren’t happy, that’s life, you go through periods of happiness and unhappiness. But it’s when it becomes the default. When there’s no fixing it. When it leads to constant conflict, upset, tears, hurt. At that point the relationship needs to end.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/05/26 12:58 PM

Actually children are watching their parents really closely. They are watching what relationships should look like. Unhappy parents end up causing their children to be unhappy too. Unhappy parents that stayed together, their adult children end up saying I wish you would have split up and I would have had two happy homes than one unhappy one

Medical assistance when a woman is having a miscarriage is classed as an abortion. Women are torn apart daily in the media for what they choose to wear, their weight, their looks. Women are criticised for being childfree, for prioritising career over having children, for being a stay at home mum, for being a working mum, for ‘letting themselves go’. Men and women experience the same amount and range of emotions but if you want to look at who is the most unstable with their emotions all you have to do is look at the crime statistics for violent crimes. Sounds like you’ve only heard one side of it and it’s not always black and white. You can’t make judgements if you don’t know the in and out. You aren’t gonna hear all sides of their relationship from your friend.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/01/26 04:13 PM

I find it equally difficult having conversations online cause I often don’t know how to move the conversation past the hi how are you. So no, don’t really find talking online easier. Usually in person, you can let the other person do all the talking which is easier. I don’t think you are right when you say neurotypical people are cold and don’t love their partners and kids. I think they love them as intensely as anyone else I just think neurodivergent people show their love differently. At the e…

I’m neurodivergent, I grew up finding socialising really difficult. I was painfully quiet until I got back into work 5 years ago. I did jobs where I had to speak to other people. I’ve had to learn how to speak to other people. I still find it incredibly difficult and draining. However if you want to live in society, make friends and have a relationship with someone, you have to do it. If you want to be alone, stay inside and stay online. It’s a choice you are making. And it’s a fact of life that…

There are loads of male support groups in the UK and there are man clubs too. So I’m not sure what you’re talking about. Maybe in the US there isn’t but if there isn’t and you want male only spaces then make your own clubs. Simple really isn’t it. If men wanted to support other men they would. If you want a male only space then make friends with other guys and do stuff together and don’t invite women along. It’s not that complicated
/r/PurplePillDebate28/12/25 01:30 AM

I live in the UK and the amount of people in their 30s that work full time and are having to house share is ridiculous. Only people I know that are living in a flat or house are couples and those who have managed to buy have had to go back and live with their parents for years first

I think you need to realise we don’t live in the past where marriages were just contractual obligations. You only live this life once and you shouldn’t be miserable. In a marriage there are plenty of times where because of whatever is going on in your life, you won’t feel happy. That’s a part of life. You take the highs with the lows. That is very different to the person you are with making you happy or unhappy. If you are with someone who makes you miserable, then you should no longer be marrie…

I think a lot of the time, if a guy talked about it at the time it upset him it wouldn’t be a problem, but men often hold onto something until they can’t hold it in anymore and then it comes out in a really toxic way. Women will then rightly say, I shouldn’t have to deal with this. Showing emotions isn’t a problem, expecting someone to deal with an explosion of emotions when you can’t hold it in anymore is totally different. One is healthy, the other resembles a toddler tantrum

I was commenting on someone’s else who brought up Jeffrey Epstein and then the commenter underneath downplaying what that man and his mates did. As far as sex tourism goes, it’s sad and pathetic. The majority of people that think about sex work think about the reasons women end up doing it. The majority of women who end up doing sex work, do it out of desperation or because they have grown up in abusive home and they are using it to hurt themselves. The last thing these women need when they feel like they have no other option is to be stigmatised because of it.

Well you could always get it reversed if you decided you want kids? Just because it lasts 10 years doesn’t mean you can’t have kids at all in those 10 years. Like a woman’s IUD can last up to 5-10 years depending on the type you get, if she decides she wants a child, she gets it removed. I don’t think it will change the amount of men pressuring women into condom less sex, as soon as a man knows a woman is on birth control, he’s pushing for no condoms “because it feels better”. Personally I think it gives women the option to not be on birth control if the burden can be given to men. Especially if there are going to be no side effects of male birth control considering the sheer amount of side effects women have to deal with

/r/PurplePillDebate25/11/25 11:31 AM

That isn’t true at all. That’s just your take on it. In your head, any sex under any circumstances is great. So you cannot understand why a woman who has been deceived into sex would feel used. So the only reason your brain can come up with is, “oh it’s because she wasn’t that into him”. Being attracted to someone is a green card to being okay with them lying to you or using your body as an object to get off with.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/11/25 11:30 AM

You’re assuming that a woman is less attracted to you because she wants to wait until you are in a relationship. Your assumption doesn’t make it fact. Lots of women wait until they are in a relationship to have sex because they don’t want to be used, they aren’t looking for casual sex, they don’t want the guy to think they are easy. None of that is about being less attracted to the guy. You can be really in to a guy and want to jump on him and still make yourself wait for fear of being used or j…

I personally wouldn’t have children with a man that has already walked away from one child. I think you’re setting yourself up for potentially raising a child alone. But on the other side of that men do leave their children, get with another woman and stick around for the child/children they have together. I find that even more bizarre, why be a deadbeat to children you have with one woman and then be a dad to your children you have with another woman. Or even worse is when they play dad to some…

Where the have you got “they are usually broke and have a record”. My dad was a deadbeat, was married to my mum, on a 6 figure salary, no record. Still did one. Didn’t wanna pay child support so left the country and worked abroad.

Telling women to choose better is putting the blame on the women. If the women knew the man was just gonna walk away, they wouldn’t have put themselves in that situation. They aren’t doing it on purpose, it’s not a ‘he looks like a deadbeat to be, let’s have a baby with him’.

The majority of what? Abortions? It’s no one else’s business why women choose to terminate a pregnancy, but the main reasons are usually a pregnancy that is the consequence of rape, not being in a financially secure situation to have a baby, not being in a secure relationship, just not wanting children. So no men/boys don’t have to make the first move. Girls/women will make the first move too. I went out with and married someone who is also socially awkward. Least we can be awkward together. As for the trump comment, I don’t live in the US, it do…

You might have really struggled socially and struggled to make friends but if you are that awkward you can’t make friends, you’ve no chance of finding a woman to like you. You actually have to be able to have a conversation and be able to engage socially. How else would you be able to have a relationship with anybody? So if your issue is you are incredibly socially awkward, it sucks but it’s nobody else’s fault either. You can’t be bitter at other people for your own struggle.

When you are young you are more likely to go for someone who seems like a lot of fun because that’s the stage you are in your life. As you get older, you want someone who is going to be on the same page as you, who also wants stability, to settle down and have a family with you. It’s not a gendered thing

Because you live in society and the alternative options if welfare didn’t exist is mum can’t work so both her and her children starve to death or mum works full time and her children are neglected and taken from her. Then your tax dollars would be funding the children anyway once they enter the system. So you know, you can be unhappy about it all you like but the welfare system stops people dying and means that children can stay with the parent that didn’t abandon them in the first place. You sh…

I can tell you live in the US because of your opinion of the welfare state. The welfare state should exist because it means that those who are less well off, men, women, single mums, single dads, the disabled, the elderly, those who are carers to a disabled person aren’t being put in a situation they are homeless and without food for the simple crime of being less able to work full time or not being in a well paid job. The poorest in society are the ones who put every penny they have back into t…

I think both partners in a couple can get into a pattern of point scoring and a I feel more hurt than you because. It’s not just women that do this. You have to make space to talk about how each other feeling and why and then take ownership over what part you have had in that to get to the point of being able to discuss resolution.

This is the example you went with is it? All you sound like right now is a rapist apologist. The guy sounds like he was abusive towards her on so many levels so it’s not a reach to think he was trying to take advantage of her whilst she was vulnerable. Your take on this is disgusting. It’s not uncommon for men who sexually assault or rape a woman to make the excuses he is making.

Think you need to look up what gaslighting means. Any kind of sexual contact should be enthusiastic from both sides. It doesn’t always need to be verbal. If you aren’t sure, ask. Consent can be withdrawn at any time, if you continue, it’s rape. Majority of the time in the UK, if you are working over 12 hours, you do 4 days on, 4 days off. Otherwise a typical work week is 40 hours a week. Unless you voluntarily take over time. Companies that still have zero hour contracts can take the piss but you can turn down the work if you don’t want it considering zero hours work both ways. There’s obviously exceptions to this but if that’s the type of job you’ve chosen to take then that’s the hours you’ve chosen to work

He’s happy, her whole world has been shattered because as far as she was concerned she was in a…

Telling men they aren't allowed to put their names on their child's birth certificate unless they do a paternity test they do not want isn't okay and a lot of men, wouldn't be okay with that. You can opt in or out of all medical procedures/test, you would be forcing men to opt into a test with a consequence of you won't have any rights over your child.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/06/25 02:26 PM

No women wouldn't be, men would feel as though they were being punished by being forced to pay for a paternity test to get the same rights as the mum. Especially men in long term stable relationships/marriages, who know that the baby is theirs, they trust their wives/long term girlfriends, they have been actively trying for that baby.

I wouldn't want a law to come into place that punishes all men for the actions of a few. That's not a solution, I haven't got an answer on how you strengthen the law around rape, it's one word against another, it's a really hard crime to prove.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/06/25 02:07 PM
1

I have been a victim of rape, I don't worry about being raped. The majority of rapes are committed by someone you know, not strangers. A lot of rapes are committed by partners. Women aren't avoiding getting married or into relationships due to fear of rape. Women don't avoid being alone with their dad's, brothers, uncles, male friends etc. We get on with our lives. And this is with the knowledge that most rapes even though it's illegal, won't even get to court, and even if it does, you still are…

That's really unfair on dad's, can you not see that. You are wanting to force dad's to pay for a test just so they have the same rights as the mum. They shouldn't have to pay to have the same rights to their child.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/06/25 01:35 PM

Maybe they just aren’t worried about paternity? When it doesn’t impact 98% of fathers, why should 100% of fathers be forced to pay for something they aren’t concerned about because they know that child is theirs
/r/PurplePillDebate12/06/25 01:20 PM

You’re gonna have a lot of men saying that aren’t going to back that.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/06/25 01:04 PM

The answer is making paternity fraud a criminal offense with criminal repercussions as well civil repercussions. That’s a more realistic angle. Governments won’t fund paternity tests and people in general won’t want their taxes to be increased to cover it. And if people are paying for it themselves, it’s not enforceable.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/06/25 12:58 PM

I asked you a genuine question about how you would like women to help with the situation and you have just answered in i dont like women kind of way. Women aren't opposing paternity fraud. If this is something men are genuinely concerned about, men need to be proactive in fighting for the law around it to be changed, it needs to be led by men.

The majority of birth control has an 98% effectiveness, considering the consequences and the impact it has on both the man and the woman's life, would you say 2% is too much of a risk and all sexual activity should be avoided until you are actively trying for a baby?
/r/PurplePillDebate12/06/25 11:04 AM

Well that's your opinion, which you are entitled to. Doesn't make women sick for watching them though, like it doesn't make men sick for watching documentaries on wars. You aren't going to agree with everything you see or hear in life and it's an entitled attitude to think the world should revolve around what you think and feel.

There are roughly around 20,000 babies swapped at birth in the States due to babies going into nurseries rather than staying with mum. When this happened in the UK, we got rid of the nurseries but despite it happening in the states, the use of nurseries continue. Like I said, I think it should be a crime and the mother be done for fraud when it does happen. Considering, how easily accessible paternity tests are, the state shouldn't be funding mandatory paternity tests though.

Erm insighting hatred towards a specific group of people is different to a documentary on a crime that has happened. One is illegal and the other isn't for one. Two, documentaries are informative, hate speech or music is just insighting hatred and violence. Vastly different and a wild comparison

You could argue true crimes help people understand what they should be looking for to keep themselves safer. The impact it has on society, the rippling effects it has on a community. Highlights where police enforcement failed, how it could have been prevented etc. So really you could say true crime documentaries highlight how modern day society is failing.

So don't watch it. Problem solved.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/06/25 10:36 AM

I think the majority of women would consider paternity fraud abhorrent and devastating for both the man and child involved. It should be considered fraud. I think the internet is making men really worried it's going to happen to them even though it's incredibly rare, in the UK, it's around 2% of fathers. I think perspective needs to be kept. Yes, it's devastating, it should be considered fraud, but it's unlikely to happen to you.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/06/25 10:35 AM

Well the only person that has a problem with it is you, so i wouldn't call it a problem at all. In fact it's super easy, if you don't like something shown on TV, don't watch it. There are things I don't like on TV so I don't watch it, I don't make it other people's problem or say there is something morally wrong with the people who do consume that media. That's the choice you make and if you really have an issue with it, make an official complaint to the companies who make it.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/06/25 10:25 AM

But you think documentaries on other crimes that are mainly consumed by men less iffy?

uh huh well done. You've gone from men don't watch it to 1 in 4 men isn't a lot to well 1 million is less than 4 million. No-one has said that women aren't the main consumer but 1 million is still a lot. You could say that considering that there is 38 million people living in the UK, 4 million isn't a lot either. So you know, weak arguments.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/06/25 10:09 AM

Women are biologically driven to want sex too, that’s how babies are made. What’s your point?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/06/25 04:13 PM

My bad experiences with men aren’t ones I’ve been attracted to. It was my step dad when he SA’d me repeatedly for 6 years. It was two trusted men who worked with kids who hit on me the moment I turned 18 and the one that raped me.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/06/25 02:06 PM

If you don't trust your partner, you shouldn't be with them, never mind having a baby with them. Relationships are built on trust. Going up to your partner after you have had a baby with them or whilst they are pregnant and saying i want a dna test is saying to them, i think there is a possibility you have been sleeping with other people, so i need you to prove to me this baby is mine. At that point, your relationship is done. DON'T HAVE BABIES WITH SOMEONE YOU DON'T TRUST.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/06/25 10:04 AM

You wouldn't need verification if you were sure you were the only man your partner was having sex with, therefore you are accusing her of cheating. You can word it how you like, that's what it comes down to

In 1917 during world war 1, women were allowed to joint the army and made up the women’s army auxiliary corps. But it wasn’t until 2018 that women were allowed on the front line. It hasn’t been women making those rules regarding the army, it has been men.

I’ve already said that MGM is disgusting, of course it should be illegal in cases where it isn’t medically necessary. The only reason girls clothes show more skin is because that’s how girls clothes are made. If you go into any clothes shops and compare girls shorts to boys shorts, girls shorts are made shorter, even in toddlers clothes. As long as clothes are appropriate and no one is turning up in essentially underwear, I struggle to understand how their clothes are effecting their learning. T…

Can you see the majority of men being okay with that? I can’t. Too many men feel like they have a right to have access to women’s bodies for the purpose of sex. Anti abortion laws being in place make having sex for women a risk not worth taking.

FGM is illegal and it’s disgusting but girls that it’s happening to are being flown to a country where it is legal and parents/guardians are only arrested for it if the girls come forward to and say it has happened to them which they often don’t. In your one example of what happened to the boys and girls in a school, it’s disgusting. However, there are way more dress codes on girls than boys. Girls are constantly told they are a distraction to grown ass men and the boys in their year if they are…

What would men do if all women refused to have sex unless they wanted to try for a baby? Start reversing laws on marital rape?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/05/25 09:46 AM

Great, it still doesn’t routinely happen in the UK, I’m not saying it never happens, but it isn’t the norm here. I don’t care who is offended, cutting baby boys foreskins off is disgusting if it isn’t happening for medical reasons. I don’t agree with a lot of what Britain has done in history. The things that happened during the time of British colonialism and the British empire was abhorrent.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/05/25 09:42 AM

What about women and children who are raped? They didn’t choose to have sex but are now being forced to carry through with that pregnancy. What about all the women on birth control and the birth control failed? You say further down about knowing when you are fertile. It’s really hard to track your cycle and know which days you are ovulating. It’s impossible for women who have irregular cycles. I started going to the Drs when I was 17 asking how to track my cycle naturally, it took until I was 30…

/r/PurplePillDebate30/05/25 09:22 AM

It absolutely shouldn’t, women are dying. Women are having miscarriages and needing medical intervention to help pass the baby and are being left to bleed to death, women who have an ectopic pregnancy which is life threatening, non viable pregnancy are being refused treatment. A woman in Georgia is dead and her body is being kept alive as a human incubator. Why do I need to spend time doing this? I’m just refusing to have an opinion on something I don’t have the knowledge around. But asking ai a black and white question doesn’t give you context, you need to know all the reasons why sentencing happens the way it does in order to form an informed opinion and whether the amount of male to female offenders in general has an influence of sentencing too.

I have empathised. I have repeatedly said what that man has gone through was absolutely abhorrent and that the woman who did the crime didn’t get long enough which must have been devastating for the victim and family. Rape victims scars can’t be seen, they are still there, still deep, still last a lifetime. They are both absolutely horrific and abhorrent crimes that have a lifetime impact on the victims mental, emotional and physical well being
/r/PurplePillDebate23/05/25 08:50 AM
3

That’s where you are wrong, therapy for rape victims helps them come to terms with their trauma, it doesn’t “fix” them. They still live with that trauma, it will never go away for them. Just like therapy for someone who goes through an acid attack or something similar would get therapy to help them come to terms with the trauma but it will never “fix” them. In both cases therapy helps the victims get to a point where their trauma doesn’t rule their life.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/05/25 08:43 AM

You’re assuming rape victims damage is less because you cannot see the damage caused. Whereas in this case the damage is incredibly visible so your assumption is that it must be worse than other types of incredibly traumatic events.

It benefits society hugely when welfare exists. It ensures less people are on the street and there is less crime. If people have a roof over their head, foods in their stomachs and money for essentials, they aren’t on the street stealing and committing crimes to get what they need. Taxes are higher when welfare doesn’t exist, those taxes are then used on needing more police presence on the street due to higher rates of homelessness and crime rates.

These things are only a big deal if you are making them a big deal. People say and do things for a reaction, if you don’t give them one, it takes the fun out of it and it stops
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/25 03:41 PM

Yeah it is really annoying when you’re being treated like that. Unfortunately for me at school, I was painfully quiet so I would never react. Im not sure what you’re on about. The reason short guys who have short man syndrome get teased is because they make it so easy for people to tease them. Everyone is insecure about something but you don’t have to make it your entire personality.

And as a woman that is under 5ft and incredibly quiet, i was bullied from being 4 til I was 18, the guys in my year regularly picked me up, twisted me upside down and dropped me on my head. Constantly being rude to someone abusive. Verbal abuse is abuse. I’m not disagreeing about that. What you aren’t understanding though people who are abusive are using verbal abuse as a way of breaking down the other person to make it easier to control them. Abusive relationships continue because of the control the abuser exerts over their victim.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/05/25 10:09 PM

I do believe that some people are like that but this post isn’t about people who are just rude. This post is about women into abusive relationships with abusive men
/r/PurplePillDebate11/05/25 09:59 PM

This post is about women in abusive relationships with abusive men. The heart of abusive relationships is control and coercion. They don’t want the woman they are abusing to leave the relationship so they use different methods of control to keep them in the relationship. So in those relationships being verbally abusive towards their partner is to break them down as a person.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/05/25 09:54 PM

In relationships, coercion and control is at the heart of domestic abuse. Mental, physical, emotional and financial abuse is about breaking someone down as a person and making them believe they are nothing without the abuser. It’s all about controlling them. Abusive men can literally be anyone. The men who are most likely to be abusive, are the ones who are insecure and that can be for a multitude of reasons. They came from an abusive home. They are insecure in themselves for whatever reason. They are insecure in their jobs/where they are in life. They could be insecure in their academic achievements. Any man can fit into those categories.

Dating apps are one of the worst things to happen to modern dating. It is forcing people to essentially ‘shop’ for a partner. It forces both men and women to have to be superficial in the way they choose someone because all you have are tons of photos. How good a photo comes out depends on how photogenic you are. Plus in real life there is more to attraction than how someone looks, it’s little things like how they smile, their eyes, how they interact with people, how they interact with you etc. …

Well most women just have a basic standard on how they want to be treated, the rest isn’t about standards, it’s about connection. Superficial women will say the guy needs to be a certain height, look a certain way, talk about how much money you make but that’s def not true for all women. No, I’m no, there are always superficial people in the world, both men and women. But if you don’t want a superficial woman, don’t go for one. Can’t say all women are like that when most of us just want a loving relationship with a decent guy.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/25 03:19 PM

Some people are superficial, others aren’t. So that might be a standard some women have but it’s not true for all
/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/25 03:17 PM

Can’t really respond to that, I’m married
/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/25 02:44 PM

Or maybe not all women are superficial?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/25 02:43 PM

Well maybe the women who are saying good men are boring are chasing something that you wouldn’t wanna engage with anyway?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/25 02:42 PM
9

They are basic standards, so yeah course it’s fair as a man if you meet a woman and she can’t even meet the basic standard of looking after herself or being able to communicate to turn her down. Do you wanna feel like you are in a relationship with an adult or a grown child?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/25 02:42 PM
11

Exactly that’s my point. Amount of men on this sub wanting women to lower their standards and most women just want a good partner where there is love and respect going both ways, which should be bare minimum
/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/25 12:53 PM
16

What do you class as high standards? Expecting you to be working? Self sufficient? Be able to pick up after yourself and be able to do your own housework? Be a good person? Share the same morals and values as your potential partner? Being good at communicating? Being able to consider someone else’s wants and needs as well as your own?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/25 11:51 AM

This is more in line with my own lived experience. I have always prioritised personality and how well we get on over anything else

Are people really meeting through online dating apps? I have known people who have used online dating but there partners or the person they have married, have ended up being someone they have met at some point in there life, whether it is has been someone they used to work with, someone they reconnected with from school/college/uni, through friends/family. I think i only know one person who has actually married someone they met on an online dating app

Only in places like America and the middle east does religion affect policies. I don't live in the states. I live in a country where we keep religion out of politics. We aren't imposing laws on other peoples bodies based on religious beliefs. We aren't using religion in schools to stop access to sex education. We aren't banning books. So all you're are doing is calling out that you live in a corrupt country where your politicians allow religion to corrupt law and control the masses
/r/PurplePillDebate01/05/25 11:39 AM
10

I would disagree and say religion comes from trauma, you spend your entire lives living in fear of not living in a way of making this fictional character happy. You worry you wont go to fictional heaven. That fictional satan will taint your souls and that if you make fictional god unhappy you will end up in fictional hell. I don't live in fear of any fictional being or fictional place.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/05/25 11:25 AM
7

yeah as far as I am concerned God and Satan aren't real. They are fictional characters in a fictional story that was written in an attempt to control the masses. You may believe God is love. You obviously believe God exists and that's fine, but I don't along side millions of other people who also don't.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/05/25 11:16 AM

If you are sat saying you can't have love without God. Then are you saying those who don't believe in God can't love?
/r/PurplePillDebate01/05/25 11:08 AM

Athiests are doing fine without religion. We don't believe there is a god therefore the god you believe in doesn't come into our relationships or marriages at all

Men also take the piss our other men, when a man goes past really revving his engine, my husband will turn round to me and say he’s quite clearly got small dick energy. Not all Men care about boob size or body size, they will say things to hurt women when they mock them if they feel so inclined to. I was called tissue tits through school cause I had a bigger chest, the guys in my year thought they would get a rise out of me for saying it. That was the only reason they said it.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/04/25 07:37 AM

Can we stop with these questions about dick size. You know your only asking so you can go “see i told you it matters to women”. When anyone mocks someone else, they go for the thing they are most likely going to get a reaction from. Men do it all the time to women too, whether that’s by commenting on the size of her chest or the size of her body

Sex should be about both partners enjoying it and connecting. It is very obvious when both men and women are enjoying sex. Sex shouldn’t be an act that men are doing to women. If that is how sex is feeling, you should be stopping and communicating with your partner. If your partner doesn’t seem to be enjoying it, you should be stopping and communicating with your partner. Men will often orgasm from sex every time due to the physical movement. It hards for women from PIV alone to orgasm, they oft…

My husband and I got together when we were 21, we obviously didn’t move in together straight away. He was little in a house share and when I went around, he seemed really tidy. When he moved in, I ended up doing 100% of the chores but I was a SAHM and he was working full time so even though it was a tad frustrating when he wasn’t putting his clothes away or popping them in the wash basket, I didn’t really mind. I didn't say sub men were rare, I said there are less sub men than sub women. It isn't a surprise there are more sub men than they are dominant women because we aren't brought up or socialised to be dominant. Dom men really don't like being with women who aren't naturally submissive either. They don't want to have to teach them how to be submissive or for it to be a battle. There is a difference between being bratty and fighting with someone because they don't want to fully give up control. It's…

There are lots of reasons why dom/sub relationship exists, it can be a safe space where women/men can indulge in their submissive side if it is part of them. No men and women aren't the same but you wouldn't put a blanket claim over what men like would you? You know that men are individuals, what they like in a relationship and sexually isn't going to be the same as all other men. You men are never going to be sat here asking other men what is the perfect size pussy? You aren't going to be there saying it needs to be as tight as tight can be otherwise it is no good.

Look my husband has an endowed penis and actually, a lot of the time, unless i am really worked up, it is painful and I have to ask him to stop and then I am sore after which is no fun. My orgasms with him happen during foreplay when his dick is nowhere near me. When we do have sex, it feels the best when only the head is in. So no, I don't think it is a huge plus point, it can make sex really awkward. I think the sweet spot is probably around average for the majority of women

Probably real life women giving you honest answers. There's a huge difference by a preference and how we actually feel about it. Women are repeatedly saying we just want a man that cares about our pleasure too and makes an effort to find out what we like, what we don't like. It's more about what you are doing than not doing. I did just look up what teachers make in America too and it’s not great, average is around $71,000 which is equivalent to around £50,000 in the UK. Considering house prices in the states is around $400,000. And the cost of living is more expensive in the states than the UK then yeah. It’s a bit of a crap salary, adding the fact that school shootings are so common there and teachers don’t know whether they are going to leave alive from one day to the next, pay is rubbish.

I have worked in education and the reason children are doing worse in schools is because the education sector is chronically underfunded. Teachers are under a ridiculous amount of pressure which is ultimately transferred on to the kids. Most children aren’t auditory learners and with the fact that there is so much to get through in the curriculum, it is leaving teachers with the inability to make their lessons more creative and meet the learning needs of all their students. Men and women concentrate on different details, we prefer concentrating on the detailed scenes of what the guy is doing to the woman and imagining it happening to us. But I’m glad that you are concentrating so much on the guys penis size in the story. Are the guys in this sub straight with how hung up on dick size they are? It’s a little like tell us you’re not straight without telling us you’re not straight, obsess over dicks 😂
/r/PurplePillDebate20/04/25 09:52 AM

When women are insecure about something when it comes to their bodies, it usually has nothing to do with what a man might think about it or male preference. It’s usually to do with how it makes them feel about their own bodies, their own confidence. Don’t think women care whether you think they should or shouldn’t get a boob job or boob reduction. It’s their bodies, they need to do whatever is gonna make themselves feel more comfortable in their own bodies. For some women, having that surgery he…
/r/PurplePillDebate19/04/25 10:32 PM

Comparing things teenagers are temporarily worried about to grown ass men obsessing over their dick size isn’t the same. Women get to the point they don’t care what men think about how big their boobs are, they care how they feel about them. Women that have smaller boobs and don’t like them and can afford it will pay for a boob job, women that feel like their boobs are too big and can afford will pay for a breast reduction. Rest of us just deal with what we have

If a woman has chosen to settle down with someone, more often than not they are more than happy with how their sex life is. A man might really like big boobs, their wife might not have the biggest boobs they have ever seen or touched, doesn’t mean they are unhappy with her boobs. Those boobs are attached to the woman he loves so he loves her boobs, they are enough. There’s gonna be exceptions to the rule when you go to extremes, if you’re going to the point that a guys dick is that small the woman can’t feel anything when he has entered her then she’s not going to get any pleasure from it. But if you’re a guy that owns the fact that his length may not be his strength but he’s really good at oral and with his hands, he is happy to use toys to help and he is happy receiving oral and using her hands. Based on the fact in your words “you are too small for women to enjoy PIV sex”. You can’t comment on anything other than the fact you haven’t had good experiences when it comes to sex due to your much smaller than average size.

You can’t help your size but it’s not women’s fault if you’re too small either. Sitting there telling women it’s their fault that you are too small to enjoy PIV sex with isn’t helping yourself is it. I do enjoy sleeping with him, he’s attentive, he pays attention to me, he’s amazing at foreplay, he doesn’t get offended when I ask to get off me when he’s hurting me and still helps me get to the big O. Then once I’ve got there, I give him attention to make him. Sex is more than penetrative sex.

Did you have to go to an extreme to try and prove a point? Men with micropenises make up around 1.5 men in 10,000. It’s extremely uncommon so it’s not something the majority of men have to worry about is it? So unless you are part of that 1.5 men in 10,000, I wouldn’t worry yourself with it. Also if you aren’t one of those men, you can’t talk for them on how they are getting on when it comes to relationships they are or aren’t having with women.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/04/25 03:55 PM

You’re missing the point. The point was you can find a study to back whatever point you want to make.

The only person you have to be good for is your partner, you do that through communication. Sex is more than just penetration, it’s the build up, the foreplay, the kissing, sometimes it’s involving sex toys. A guy might think they are the best in the world but if they are being selfish in bed, they are gonna be crap.

You want something to mean more to us than it does. Just because in an ideal world someone might have a preference doesn’t make it that deep. It’s not non negotiable type deep. There is a different study that states that women would say that width was more important than length when it comes to sexual satisfaction https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC33342/ So you know, you can probably find a study that has been done that is going to back up the point you are trying to make

I think the issue you are having is when we say it is less important for women than men, is we don't obsess about it, we are often not discussing it with our friends, especially as we get older. If women have had a few sexual partners with different sizes, what we have been most concerned about at the end of those encounters is how it felt. You can be with a guy that is bigger and it can be awful or you could be with a guy that is bigger and it can be the best sex of your life. But that also wor…

Have I said at any point it is? Or have I repeatedly said that if someone is using sex toys as a way of hurting their partner then that person shouldn't continue a relationship of any sort with that person? If a woman says to a man, i need a toy because you aren't big enough, the guys response should be, you enjoy that toy cause you aren't seeing me again. Bye. Then you walk away, acknowledge that hurt and realise that there will be someone else out there that isn't a hurtful POS.

Are we having the same conversation because at no point anywhere have i even slightly suggested that. Sex toys are used in a lot of healthy relationships regardless of a mans size. I have always used them with my partners whether they have been above average, average or slightly below average. It has added to both our pleasures and they are fun. They can be a really positive addition to a healthy sex life. The majority of men and women who have used them in their sex lives have enjoyed it.

Sex is about communication on both sides but it is also about sensitivity. If a woman is being that insensitive to the point of being cruel then the guy shouldn't continue to engage in an intimate relationship with them. The conversation around sex toys should be allowed to be brought up and discussed in a way of adding to a healthy intimate relationship without either party being offended by the suggestion. Again, the outcome of that conversation is going to be dependent on how it is being disc…

Look if you are wanting to reach somewhere to make your woman feel good and you can't reach but still want to give her that pleasure, what would you like the suggestion to be?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/25 11:58 AM

I mean if you are with a woman that is being nasty about your size, maybe don't be with her and find someone nicer to be intimate with. I would be saying the same to a woman if a guy was being nasty to a woman about her tightness and comparing to their toy too. At the end of the day, toys don't feel as good as the real thing and if someone is pretending it does to hurt you, bin them off

This exactly, its up to the individuals to decide what they see as manipulative and what they see as a bit of harmless fun. Not other people witnessing the exchange

Because it's fun and it gives them both a bit of an ego boost, it can give you an in without the awkwardness of going over and saying something. They are both joining in with the little game. And it's harmless

Sex toys are a lot of fun and add to a healthy sex life, at no point does it replace a guys dick. Sex toys for men also add to a healthy sex life and can be a lot of fun, they aren’t replacing women’s vaginas are they. No man is saying my toy is tighter than you so I’m never gonna have sex with you again. The feel of skin on skin is just way too good. This is where you are so wrong!! You being bigger wouldn't make women 'orgasm all the time'. THE MAJORITY OF WOMEN CANNOT ORGASM FROM PENETRATION ALONE!!!!! I don't understand how you aren't getting this. The majority of a woman's nerve endings are around and on the clit, that is why they need that stimulation to reach that big O. Your lack of knowledge around a woman's body and her pleasure is astounding.

No its not, that spot is roughly 4 inches in, you only have to be around 4 inches to reach it. It might be trickier if you are smaller than that but sex toys and fingers exist. Besides it feels the best between the entrance of the vagina and the g-spot which is only 2 inches in, where most of the nerve endings are. So yeah you can keep banging on about needing to be 'well endowed' to pleasure a woman but you don't need to be 'big' to do it. You need to care about the woman's pleasure and have fu…

If the vaginal canal is less than 5 inches long on average when a woman's aroused, you don't need to be more than 5 inches long do you? I don't know any women that enjoy getting their cervix hit, for me it is incredibly painful, it makes me bleed and have horrible period type pain. I have looked it up, the c spot isn't the cervix, its near the cervix in line with the clitoris. No woman wants their cervix hit, it really really hurts and can make you want it all to stop. The G-spot isn't that far into a woman's vagina. Also the vaginal canal when aroused is just under 5 inches long. Considering on average a man's penis is around 5 inches when aroused, anything more than that can be painful for women. It is men that are obsessed with how big they are, not women. I have been with guys that are average size and men who are bigger. They both can feel great but they can both…

I think this is hard question to answer because although there may be an overlap with some people, every woman is different and essentially is going to be attracted to a different part of a guys personality. I think the overlapping traits will probably be driven, have a sense of humour, be able to laugh at himself, confident in himself/who he is, down to earth.

Once you have found out you are pregnant, it isn’t an easy to decision to make to get an abortion. It’s not an oh well, contraception didn’t work, I will just go get an abortion now. It’s a huge decision for most women and can be an incredibly traumatic decision that they live with forever. But that is beside the point of this post. If your friend doesn’t want children he shouldn’t be nutting in anyone. Even if the woman had used Plan B, it’s not even guaranteed to work. My sister used plan B and now my nephew is 2. If this woman is pregnant, he’s gonna have to step up financially if nothing else and use it as a lesson to keep it wrapped up. To most women, the standard is do it properly, if you're going to do the washing up, make sure the sink is clean before you start and the draining board and then the pots are actually clean by the time you are finished. If you are putting a load of laundry on, make sure you actually turn the washing machine on, empty it once it is done. If you are gonna sort and fold clothes, do all of it, not just 3/4 of it and then get bored. Hoover properly, not just around things and miss a lot of the floor.…

I almost agree with this comment except the bit where you say it’s the woman’s fault. Of course men and women are going to be treated differently over reproductive rights. Men don’t carry the babies in their bodies. Your job is done after 2 minutes, if you last that long. Contraception mainly falls on women’s shoulders and it can fail and a woman should get to decide whether she goes through with that pregnancy or not, it’s happening to her body and she alone is carrying the risks that go along side, some that can be permanent. Actually the beauty standard created around what a woman should look like was created by men. The majority of the major beauty magazines and runway shows are owned by men. When only 3% of cases is actual paternity fraud, it isn’t happening that much is it? Like I’ve continually said, those who have doubts around paternity are free to go buy a test. If you’re in a marriage or long term relationship though and there has never been any reason to doubt each other or any trust broken, then don’t be surprised if the woman walks. Most contraception has a 97% success rate at preventing pregnancy, women aren't going to say well there is 3% chance it might not work so I am not going to have sex unless they bring in something that removes all chances. 97% of dad's aren't being defrauded by women over paternity, only 3% are. So those 3% can take paternity tests you can buy or they can abstain. It's a ridiculous to expect 100% of dad's to take a paternity test when 97% of them would probably laugh and refuse it

I read your post, standardised paternity tests aren't necessary. A lot of babies come out as a spitting image of their dad, if your Mrs has a baby and you aren't sure that baby is yours, you are free to buy an easily accessible test at any point. There is no need for them to become standardised, majority of dads aren't worried they are raising a baby that isn't theirs or that their children don't have a '"complete family medical history"
