From firefighters/police to the powerlines/sewage and the entire infrastructure - no one will be coming if the grid goes down. There would be a lot of relearning and organising. A little insider tip for people in the us: If you are taking it to court- get a friend your wife doesn’t know, put him in a nice suit (or female equivalent) and sit them in the last row.
