1	How do I stop chasing women for validation? You're kinda describing being a sex addict. I was in a similar position, at your age too. You feel this compulsion to be constantly trying to prove something to yourself, even though on some level you know it's not a good idea. But it's great that you recognize the problem! That already means you're most of the way to fixing it. The key is self esteem. Once you feel better about yourself, you won't feel that pressure any more.
