3	How do most people just not have to self improve to not get a date? There are a lot of of factors that go into what makes a man attractive. One important thing that is harder to change is genetics. 1	Angry and useless rant... but still need to say it Yes I understand but abuse is part of everyones life. You cannot escape some form of abuse so you have to learn to recognise it and to be ready to respond when that happens which usually involves assertiveness training. If I learned one thing in life is that no one can heal you and solve your problems and you have to develop some kind of toughness to cope with lifes abuses.
