It can be very easy to come off creepy, not read cues that someone isn’t interested and overstay your welcome. If a decently attractive man approaches in a respectful manner I believe the majority of women will appreciate it or enjoy it, even if they aren’t interested. However, there will always be some women who, for very legitimate reasons (e.g. trauma), hate being approached.
