The most your average misandrist will say about custody battles is that they're the result of misogyny. Some will assert that it's due to men being more abusive. Here's how I look at it. People that insist all men are rapists due to an imaginary fluctuating line of consent cannot be feminists because this idea does not promote the idea of equal representation, especially in a court setting.
