The women you’ve described wanting do NOT like it when you trash talk other women. And no, I wouldn’t partner with someone that I wouldn’t trust to be a SAHD.

Perhaps start your journey into attracting more compatible women by not referring to women (any women. Ever.) as “pleb girls” and “bitches” and at least try to understand whether women’s aversion to you being a stay at home dad is about more than “wanting your money” (I love SAHDs conceptually, but there are absolutely dudes who I wouldn’t want to do it for a multitude of reasons)

If you’re sleeping with women who don’t give you head and who, as you’ve stated in your comments, “want your money,” it sounds like you either (1) have terrible judgment in women on the front end or (2) are the kind of person who ONLY attracts/pursues women like this. Sounds like a You Problem. ETA I’m particularly suspicious of your characterization also because very few women can orgasm from penetration alone. And if you have PE regularly enough for it to be a real issue in your sex life becau…

That's why information about the survey recipients is important. If the salaries of the female recipients is anywhere near $100k, expecting a man to make $110 is not because they are hoping for a "provider." Conversely, because men have been socialized to be providers (even if their individual female partners do not expect them to be,) it's not surprising that the male # might be lower than what a dude himself makes. I'd also like to see the underlying data for both results, because it would be …

Conflating the survey participants in this article with the entire median female income seems disingenuous. As does omitting the survey results showing that MEN surveyed wanted women earning $90k (well above median).

Same. I am in a high-income profession and know a LOT of women in and out of the profession. It’s also a HCOL area, so my circle spans a wide variety of independent, masters+ educated women. Not a single one gives a shit about income. The ones who care about height/looks only care to some basic degree - don’t have facial hair that looks like unkept pubes, for example. Some of the hottest women among us are with dudes who are not “traditional” lookers.

I take the vetting process pretty seriously, but looking up & contacting exes without their invitation is weird shit

Are people USUALLY expected to contact their partner’s EXES for references?

Lmao it’s NOT IMPOSSIBLE that’s what I’m telling you. You seem to just be resisting evidence that doesn’t support your worldview.

Why do you think you know more about me than I do?

But I’m telling you that my development was NOT small. That’s the entire point. My development was massive.

I’m only making the point that characteristics are not strictly “inherent” if it’s possible to develop them.

I think my point is that I 0% had many of the traits I’ve since developed. But I did in fact develop them.

I’m not sure many of these qualities are strictly “inherent,” if I’m understanding you correctly. Sure, the qualities may come more naturally to some than others, but you can certainly learn to be funny, charming, or even persistent - I know this because I did! I used to be extremely anti-social, spent most time at home, wasn’t very adventurous, and didn’t connect well with other people. But I learned new skills that changed all of those things pretty drastically, and it didn’t take a ton of eff…

Can you give an example of the inherent qualities you reference?

Merriam Webster defines the word as follows: psychological manipulation of a person usually over an extended period of time that causes the victim to question the validity of their own thoughts, perception of reality, or memories and typically leads to confusion, loss of confidence and self-esteem, uncertainty of one's emotional or mental stability, and a dependency on the perpetrator It’s gonna take more than random internet comments to qualify as “gaslighting” I’m afraid.

People disagreeing with you isn’t “gaslighting.” Just a vocabulary note.

Women couldn’t have their own credit in the US without male approval until the 1970s. There are a ton of women still alive who were absolutely unable to access critical parts of society & systems until they were in their 20s and 30s. That fucking puts you back.

Absolutes aren’t very helpful because they don’t reflect reality.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/01/26 03:04 PM

I’ve been saying this for years. Casual sex for women is often NOT GOOD. The negatives outweigh the positives! (I say this as someone who has had a lot of it and then mostly stopped having it for exactly this fucking reason.)

No, society trains women to lean on one another and learn emotional coping skills. Society writ large does NOT take women’s issues seriously (see eg issues with sexual assault, as well as the shitty unequal ways that women are treated by the medical system, among other things) To your point, though, men would absolutely benefit from learning how to lean on each other and emotionally cope, which is one of the ways that I hope society changes in the coming decades. I will also note, though, that I…

Alternatively, women might be just as lonely, they just aren’t making it everyone else’s problem, so it’s less visible.

I’ve actually seen the opposite. Marriage benefits men’s happiness and degrades women’s.

I never made that assumption. I just raised the possibility that some “respectful guys” are indeed actually sexist.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/04/25 02:05 PM

The assumption underlying this question is always that the respectful guy is not ALSO secretly sexist. Speaking for me and my cadre of friends though, 0 are with hot sexists, and several are with less conventionally attractive men who respect and actually support women.

So is busting in someone. Be consistent. You’ve moved the goalposts of your original argument and moved us into a circle, which just tells me that you aren’t actually conversing in good faith.

Did you hear what you said? “By not ‘letting’ a MAN” do something. That’s not reproductive “control.” The control is quite literally, in your own sentence, the man’s.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/03/25 01:56 AM

I actually never expressed a view on “financial abortion” - I only responded to the allegation that men don’t generally (obviously there are exceptions, and rape would be one) have reproductive control comparable to women.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/03/25 01:54 AM

Having sex does not mean that anyone HAS to orgasm unprotected. But additionally, the argument I was responding to was that women have reproductive rights (to end or continue pregnancies) while men don’t have any power over “whether to become a father.” But men do have power to determine whether to become a father. They can 100% prevent fatherhood by not busting in women unprotected.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/03/25 10:32 PM

I like that you say “but a child is conceived” in passive voice - as though the man didn’t take an action and CAUSE the pregnancy. The man’s reproductive rights & his choice whether to be a father are exercised when he orgasms, unprotected, inside of a woman. Full stop.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/03/25 07:54 PM

You seem to think that (1) women don’t face any jealousy when they improve their appearance and (2) that there’s only one way for men to approve their appearances. Am I reading you correctly?
/r/PurplePillDebate15/03/25 05:45 AM
You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
