1	I've been told my confidence sometimes comes across as arrogance. How can I recognize the difference and channel that into confidence where it belongs? You said, "...I have a hard time describing my awesome talents without sounding arrogant." It sounds arrogant when you declare your talents to be awesome. Let them make up their own mind on whether they think you are awesome or not. Don't tell them that you are. You may be awesome to you, but someone with different tastes may feel differently.
