My definition of whore is what ever you think it is. "Carnal desires" or "Carnal knowledge" is what sex is referred to in some cases in a court of law. It was also how they described it in my intro to psych book when I took the class 5 years ago.

It's not besides the point. Women use to have sex as soon as they were biologically capable for the soul purpose to have more babies. Now women do it because they are over sexualized. It's one thing to be curious about your body and to have sex with someone your age when you are younger. It's relatively knew thing that 99% of humans can survive till they're older than 30. My definition of whore does encompass what you are describing it as, but it also involves the other aspects I've described several times that I won't repeat. Even my mother, as a single parent, was able to sniff out most of my schemes. This is just a family that doesn't care about what their kid is doing.
