Any man who accuses you of trust issues for protecting yourself is not a trustworthy man. That's why we have vetting strategies, so the trash takes itself out.

Well, no I work in the auto industry so it's also 95% men. But I work from home so I don't have to come in contact with them.

Just like what u/FancyForager said below. I keep male contact to a minimum. I've built a life for myself where I am able to live and work without having to come into contact with men. I vet heavily the men who come into my life; no only for dating prospects but all males I have more than a passing association with. I own half a dozen firearms and a large protective dog. Keep your head on a swivel and vet heavily any males you let into your life.

This is not like abuse. Not by a long shot.

Why would you mention FDS to a male, ever?

Pay attention. This is how a lot of men think, deep down. There is a reason they have tried to own us for thousands of years. There is a reason we have had to earn what freedoms we have by fighting for them. There is a reason the men of Afghanistan aren't fighting to free their wives and sisters and daughters. Given a choice, they'd rather own us. Look at the rhetoric surrounding the killer in Plymouth. "Women should be distributed to men with no mates."

I've worked in automotive my entire professional career. I've had a lot of success with kind of coking an eyebrow and saying, "You sure that's appropriate for work man?"

It doesn't matter what criteria you enter into that calculator. You can put "male, not married, between the ages of 20 and 80" and it will still show you as being delusional.

"Men beat the shit out of each other too!" isn't really the argument for being accommodating toward men that you think it is.

Self awarewolves is a play on the word werewolves so it comes from there. I think it's also a subreddit.

This is a real problem. I'm 39 and very fit, hair and skincare on point etc. It's extremely hard to find a man even around my age who has taken good care of himself. Most of them look like they've never seen a gym or bottle of sunscreen in their lives.

For us "elder" Queens, (I'm about to be 40) you can tell a lot about a man by looking at his grown kids. My guy (41) has a 19 year old son who is very polite, well-mannered, and respectful towards me and from what I've observed he treats his girlfriend very well. If you're of a similar age and life stage, do not disregard the way his kids act.

Oh man there is nothing nothing better than a long slow stroke while looking deeply into each other's eyes and kissing and petting. The man I'm seeing is into this and it's amazing.

Have you read the FDS handbook? Over on the sidebar to your right. Click the blue link that says FDS Handbook. It's all in there.

I'll let a man know I love and desire his body once he builds a body that I love and desire, and not before.

I disagree that girls getting raped and abused is "the new norm." It goes back to the dawn of agriculture 10,000 years ago, at least. Men have always raped and abused women and girls.

Think about the kind of woman you would want to be if males simply did not exist. How would that woman act? What hobbies and areas of study would she pursue? How would she dress and act? Really spend some time thinking about this. Think about who you are and who you'd like to be without the male gaze. Then go become her. You give males too much power when you let them live rent-free in your psyche. They're just little biting mosquitos that get in the way of you becoming your fullest self.

It comes with pain, experience, and work. I am the kind of woman you describe in your post. I'm financially very secure, single AF, and sleep comfortably at night knowing my bills are paid, my house/car belong to me, and no man is telling me what to do or "taking care of me." First and foremost: get the education you need to be able to have a solid career. It's very very hard to be a HVW if you don't have your own money. You don't say how old you are or what stage of life you're in, but set yo…

I had a bad fall from a horse that actually caused a large hole/divot in my hip. When I chose a plastic surgeon to do the fat transfer to get rid of the divot I looked hard and found a female surgeon. I've heard too many horror stories about what male doctors do while the patient is unconscious!!

I'm 39 and can confirm. I really enjoy men 6-12 years younger than I am. I'm financially quite comfortable and can focus on good-looking guys who treat me well and can perform sexually. As you said they don't mansplain or neg or attempt to control me. Keep going sis, it just keeps getting better.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
