Getting her back is an absolutely irrelevant question to be asking right now. All of your time and attention needs to be spent on YOURSELF, not some broad. I would strongly recommend seeing a therapist, given the situations that have happened, the help you need is far beyond book recommendations or suggestions from people over the internet. Needing and getting help is never a bad thing. Don't feel like it is. However with out said help, all of the relationships you have in the future are going t…

I would actually start off by reading No More Mr. Nice Guy by Robert A. Glover. As cliche as it sounds, if you haven't already hit the gym like its going out of style. If you have a smokin hot bod they will naturally be more into you to begin with. Overall though you want to make your self the price, always keep your self entertained and amused, you require no external validation because you are the shit! The book mentioned above will help greatly with that, read it 100 times if you have to and …

The Superior Man probably had the greatest immediate impact.

Well, never really went to college nor was I ever considered an "athlete" or "stud" but I think I can at least provide some in put. From the ages of 16-21 put forth a lot of effort in learning about people. All kinds of self help books, pua, nlp, power of persuasion, sales training just a wide range. Neil Strauss and Tucker Max were my fucking heroes, so got pretty good, went from fat kid that only ever had one girlfriend to one booty call dropping me off at another booty calls place after washi…

Good job man, that was one of the most humbling books Ive ever read and sounds like you had a similar experience, there is also a lot of great support and advice from everyone on here, good time to listen and follow. Give it at least 6 months to start working on and developing your self shedding all the nice guy behaviors and after that time frame I strongly recommend The Way of the Superior Man by David Deida. It too will have a similar impact and help move you forward but you have to wait and …

I think there is a lot to be said here. The main reason I love the seddit community though, is it's not just about the how to's of getting tail, it's about personal growth and in our own way, mannly enlightenment. You look at people who have been into this for years, I'm sure we start out all around the same level, nervous on approaching, trouble closing or escalating but you keep at it, and you keep improving, but most of all you keep improving YOUR SELF. Then it all just starts happening, it c…

Dude....what do YOU want to do? Pick something you want to do that makes you excited. One of my best dates was dragging her to the dinosaur museum because I just really wanted to go, acting like a kid running all over, getting her all excited tons of stupid pics and selfies to break the touch barrier. We are now happily together and have been for some time. I find the definition of a date to be similar to that of a sale; the transfer of enthusiasm. She see's you happy and confident and having fu…

Starting No More Mr. Nice Guy is a really great book recommendation! That one does wonders. Only AFTER reading Nice Guy, and really focusing on the changes recommended, I mean like months I think one of the perfect follow ups is The Way of the Superior Man.

I too just read this for the first time a few weeks ago. It was so amazing! Something about these types of books always seem to come at the perfect time. Just this last weekend I was able to practice a lot from this book, with incredible results. It's worth reading a few times. I've never felt more like a man until I read this. Great choice of quotes too man! I really hope this empowers you the way it did me!

First thing. Clean. Make sure your apartment, room, car or what ever is spotless. This is a really important step. It's the first step of taking back control, it's also going to show you a near immediate reward for your actions. So now that you're sitting in a clean environment, start writing. Let all the negative emotion just spew, don't worry about spelling, grammar or any of that, it's just a purge. Once the rambling and emotion is out, review it and begin building. What are your goals? How a…

Depending on how the roads are, driving is always an option. May not be the best for a first date but I've had enormous success with just driving around aimlessly or to even a fun destination (romantic look out point kinda thing) half the time gas station coffee and gas are cheaper than a regular date, a great chance to talk, get to know one another and exchange music.

Have you tried Tinder or a dating site? Something like that may even allow for a some honesty. Also just being blunt can go a long way. If you're even moderately attractive just explain what you want and what your looking for. I would disagree with seeing a psychologist, it just seems like it would be an expensive way for someone to over analyze the shit out of situation that could potentially open up a new can of worms. Focus on the solution not the problem. Also the more interaction you have w…

Sounds like she doesnt want a relationship, Id remain friends but try and get something else going with a different girl. Possibly dropping her or showing her less affection or contact could spark her into being more interested in you when she thinks she could lose you, or it could backfire and it will put an end to things. Either way the awkward limbo your currently in does not sound sustainable long term for your mental state.

I concur, you need to find a hobby and just make it your thing. I highly recommend taking your dog for a walk (if you have one) or going to the gym. While doing this activity make sure you dont check or answer your phone and being completely unavailable for everything. It really helped me a lot. Also helps if you can do it at least 5 days a week. Also when ever you start getting to attached/needy just go to your hobby. I also cannot recommend this book enough: It'll change your life if you let i…
