And when you say women are paid more for work in the same industry, and men make more because they are interested in higher paying jobs, you aren't wrong. In the same way saying women earn 70% of what men earn isn't wrong, but still missleading. 6	Double Tap its a literal statement with no qualifiers. Women make 78cents per dollar a man makes is true. Its not comparing anything else. Its not for the same job or same hours or same anything. Its more common for men to work and financially provide for their families, with women staying home or working part time while raising children. Totally normal and fine.
