16	Slamming doors and breaking things is intimidation which already is domestic violence Absolutely! It took me so long to realize this. It was actually my grandmother who made me realize that when my ex would slam doors, grab things out of my hand and smash them, and punch doors it was domestic violence. 79	Be aware Why is this so true? I was looked down on for being a SAHM to two young children. I did all the cooking, cleaning and more while all the man did was be expected to go to work. I was ostracized and treated like a child. Yet when I got a job I was ostracized for not spending enough time with the children. When I stayed at home I was still expected to maintain my appearance despite being inside the house all day. 2	My goal for this year is to have boundaries and establish them like men do. They only do what they want, when they want it, with whomever they decide.
