0	Guide to Confidence Negative confidence is only useful in recognizing what you need to improve. Avoiding something because you're not good at it won't get you anywhere. 2	Stay on the hunt Excellent viewpoint. I'm currently in the process of quitting smoking after being a heavy smoker for almost 5 years (which is worse when you consider my age of 16), and have been reluctant to start running because it's just so unpleasant for me at the moment. 2	Best way to improve myself Get a job. Depending on what it is, it'll provide more or less benefits. At the very least, it'll give you more experience (or your first experience, potentially) in the working world. At best, it can give you a platform to improve your social skills, work on your game and meet chicks.
