A man would have been laughed out of the courtroom and all the way to his prison cell in a level 5 facility for the next 30 years.

There is also nuance to maturity. Age =/= experience and it definitely doesn't mean equal experience across all facets of life. I am 33 years old, I was in the military and have had a few different types of jobs. I've had financial issues, I've done CPR on an overdose for over 10 minutes, I deal with criminals on a daily basis, etc etc etc. I have a lot of life experience that maybe a 22 year old doesnt. But, that 22 year old might be a lot more relationship wise than I am. I havent had many rel…

And this is why I don't care much about the Esptein files. People are treating them like the lost Library of Alexandria. As if they contain the holy gospel of villains. Meanwhile, Hawking just wanted to take a ride on a submarine, and Epstein made it happen. Just because someone is in the Epstein files, does not make them a pedophile.

It's a Felony. Felons can't vote in all but two States. In the rest, it depends on the State how long before they can vote again. But fair, it doesn't directly affect voting. Does still affect those other things, though, which women don't have a problem with, and in fact, get more of.

Women support women first. Meaning, it doesn't matter if the woman is right. It matters that she's a woman. They will say (and often believe) that the woman is correct, but they arrived at that conclusion based not on any evidence but on the fact that they subconsciously support women over men. Men support whoever they deem correct, regardless of their gender. Or, they support the woman, because White Knights exist.

There was a study. I can't find it anymore, unfortunately, but also just observe what they say and their behavior. It's not that they dont physically see them, its that they dont pay attention or think about them at all.

That's correct. They do assume that. It's because women only notice two types of men. The ones they're attracted to in some way/top level men. The rest of us are invisible to them unless they become number A man they consider unnatractive tries to interact with them/they have to interact with him for some reason. This man will be described as creepy or some other derogatory term. So, they primarily notice only men they're attracted to. The rest dont register as people unless it's a negative inte…

Women acting like "toxic" men are seen as empowering and a good thing. It's encouraged. Men acting the same way are called toxic and probably a rapist. It's being taught in all levels of school for men to act the way they say it's bad for women to act. Women shouldn't be quiet and submissive because that's sexist! Men shouldn't be loud or aggressive, because that's sexist! Hmmmm.

Because men aren't allowed to talk about anything a woman experiences, because they're men and can't understand women. But women get to decide how a man should act, because they somehow DO understand mens experiences, and know better than they do what's best for them. /s

prepare for war Doesn't mean invade other countries. The truth is that humanity simply hasn't reached the point where we can have peace without a military to protect it. Thus, if you want peace, you must prepare for war. very rarely are you going to see a male who was in the military who argues for your line of thinking. Citation needed. I was in the military, and both myself and most of the people I knew while in would not argue that getting rid of the military is a good idea.

It's about professionalism, not discrimination. A professional look on men and women is different. That's it. Also, the standard is changing. People act like social and cultural change is some kind of instant thing. It isn't. In fact, historically speaking, the rate of change we've been seeing is unprecedented. It used to be that in order for society to change meaningfully, first the young people had to be convinced and then the old people had to die/not be in power anymore. Change would take de…

I don't think therapy is completely useless for men. There are just some things that need to be worked through in therapy. I do very much agree with the role model thing. Boys have very few male role models, and even less that they spend any time with. Even their fathers, if present and a good role model, don't get to spend as much time with their kids as necessary. Father's have to work, kid has to go to school. At school, there are VERY few male teachers. Most of them are coaches, and there's …

My argument is that people think they need "sex" as in, the physical act of sex, but what they actually need is sexual intimacy, which imo you cannot get when you pay for it.
/r/MensRights26/08/24 06:17 PM

Ah, see, I would argue the difference there is that she wanted to be there. You know she enjoyed and wanted it as well. The sex may have been meaningless, but there was still intimacy. When you pay for it, they don't. They're only there to get paid and probably want to leave as soon as possible. There's no intimacy. Anything they say, anything they do and however they act is all because you're paying them. I might accept that it's possible to have your needs met with a good escort. One that you …

I used myself as an example, but I disagree with your blanket statement entirely. I don't think anyone needs meaningless sex. It won't satisfy any needs. It won't make you more confident. It won't help you in any way except as maybe a false sense of fulfillment. You aren't learning anything. You aren't gaining anything. You aren't helping yourself in any way. You're just paying to get off. And I DO understand that sex with a partner is better than masturbation, but only when that person wants to…
/r/MensRights26/08/24 05:02 PM

I disagree with this view, and I hate it. I don't have a need for sex. Buying sex is not getting my needs met. It's masturbation with extra steps that costs money. What people have a need for is companionship, intimacy, the feeling that someone else cares for you, being needed. Thats what people need. Not meaningless sex. Lack of sex is a symptom, not the sickness.

All of those questions that person asked, would also be things that feminists would say is proof of patriarchy because society forces it on women or something. Also, the hilarity of pointing out one man as a problem when the vast majority of men can be pointed to as not pedos

They probably can't call her a rapist because I would bet that the way the law is written, she can't be charged with rape since she doesn't have a penis. Little known fact about rape stats. Part of the reason they're so heavily skewed is because women committing it simply don't count in a lot of places because the crime rape is defined in a way that excludes women from being capable of committing it. It'll be worded so that it requires the perpetrator to be penetrative the victim, for example. S…

The funniest one to me is that if you're advocating for men or part of a men's rights group that you must be anti women. This is funny to me because feminism insists it's not anti man, and in fact fights for men too.

You missed the point entirely. If it's laziness for a man, then the entirety of most women's dating strategy is also laziness. Is he happy with this dynamic? Probably not long term. But, as I'm sure you know, it feels nice to have people chase you, desire you. After all, that's women's dating experience. He just wants to feel that a little bit. He knows it's superficial, but that's why it won't be fulfilling long term. But so what? Women have their "hoe phase" these days where they sleep with as…

The appearance standards are there because they want everyone to look good in uniform. Or as good as a person can, anyway. As well as professional. Also, most women would be pretty against having to have the same haircuts as men. It kinda sounds like JROTC is behind the actual appearance regs, though. Those have gotten more lax recently. For example, women can dye their hair as long as it's a natural color. Tattoos are more allowed than they used to be. Etc, etc. For PT. This requires a little b…

women's being reviled by you This amuses me after your little rant about needing to be quoted as saying something. What also amuses me is that you can say 50% of feminism is valid, but not that men's rights activists might have a point and that not all of them are extremists. So Men's Rights is inherently sexist, but feminism is somehow for everyone?
/r/MensRights03/08/24 09:10 PM

Nah, feminism is explicitly for women. Sometimes they'll give lip service to men's issues when they feel like they're losing men's support. Also, your crap about patriarchy is one of their propaganda tools for gaslighting men into thinking that everything is their fault.

I don't want to pay for sex, sex isn't something I want to do with random women in the first place so why would I want it with someone who's had hundreds of dicks in her and might have a disease? Your point was that for reproduction purposes it makes sense to preserve women, my point was that for reproduction purposes you still need genetic diversity and therefore you still need men. It's not moving the goal posts at all. I, frankly, don't fucking care if it triggered a psychotic episode. She murdered a person. Stabbing them over 100 times. Do you know how fucking hard stabbing someone that many times is? She should not be free to do this again. 100 hours community service is sickening People get more than that when they accidentally kill someone in a car crash.

I don't disagree with you, but I still don't get how that stops people from seeing that it's happening. You can be affected by your instincts and aware of them at the same time. I know for a fact that my instinctive reaction would be to protect a woman or child first, most likely, in the event of physical danger. I know it's instinct though. I don't see how having that instinct somehow stops you from knowing it's there.

In legal gender equality? Yes. Everyone should be equal under the Law. In acting like men and women are exactly the same in all ways? No. Discrimination isn't always bad. It's fine to say that most women probably couldn't drag a 6' 200 lb man wearing another 70 pounds of gear out of a firefight, and account for that fact in your unit makeup, as an example. It's fine to say that men and women tend to be motivated by different things or place higher/lower value on things than the other.

You clearly have zero idea what you're talking about. And yes, many or most of the men there are forced to stay and fight while the women are allowed to leave. Therefore, the women are being protected by the men. I bet you're one of those people who says the patriarchy controls everything, too. That just further supports my point. The amount of effort and time it takes to stab someone that many times means this woman should be in a prison and be forced to attend therapy. It would take you minutes of sustained effort. Your arms would get tired. The mess would be horrific. That family might have to go closed casket. That's not normal, even for murder.

Almost all of Feminist arguments that use statistics as evidence, use bad statistics. SA/Rape statistics? Those are flawed for various reasons. Usually along the lines of including any sexual encounter involving alcohol as SA, and also ignoring that in the majority of places, women can't be convicted of rape by definition so of course it's entirely men.

Well, women basically don't notice men they aren't attracted to. Where men might feel annoyance with woman they don't like, women just...don't recognize them as a person. More than that, their in group bias is so fundamental and subconscious that they don't even realize they're doing it, and they assume men think the same way. That's why there being more male CEOs proves that men have more privilege, according to the way they think. Combine this with how women barely even notice the existence of ugly or low status men, and you get a picture of a world where most men are hyper elite wealthy playboys oppressing all the poor women.

"War wouldn't exist" Is the most idiotic take I think a feminist can have. As if all war was only ever because of men. Bitch, men fight the wars. If anyone hates wars, it's men. You cannot tell me that women haven't started wars. Officially or whispering in their man's ear to get him to do it. No, what would actually happen is that a war would still occur. But since there wouldn't be men to fight it, they'd jump straight to nukes.

There have been studies showing that girls, especially pretty ones, get better grades for the same level of work as boys do. Personally I think this is because, in lower grades, you have more women teachers. Women have an in-group bias. Also, people are more likely to go easy on a girl than they are to go easy on a boy. In college when you start getting more male professors, ghd first reason still applies, but now you add in that some of these college girls are hot.

See, it's phrases like this that are the problem. "Have some standards" as if people didn't have standards before. The difference is that before, people were limited in their dating pool to who they could meet. Now, women especially, can cherry pick from the entire population. It's led to a rise in "standards" physical ones at least, to the point that women view average looking men as ugly.
