Get an attorney and file an emergency restraining order. That's how I kept my ex wife away from our house when we were in the midst of divorce. Doesn't mean she'll stay away, but maybe the threat of jail will.keep her away

Get a different lawyer. I was divorced in one month and my ex said she never saw any paperwork. So I know it can be done.

He dragging his feet. But it really depends on what you have going on. If its a simple uncontested divorce should take no more than 6 to 10 hours to complete the divorce.

100% on the female attorney. My female attorney knew all the ways to get my ex. And boy did she. I got full custody of my son and never looked back. OP you have to move out. If your ex has this big social life she's going to need you as a sitter. If that happens you can take her back to court and try to get 50/50 or something else. You need to prove she's out with friends etc while you're watching your child. Be nice let her dig her own hole then push her into it.

There's plenty of dating apps. Give it a shot. You probably won't meet someone right away but you can get some small talk and conversations under your belt. If anything it can help build your confidence .

I don't think a hooker is the way. Go to a swingers club or something like that. At least you could meet someone that showed genuine interest in you with no strings attached. Just make sure to always wear a condim.

I can totally relate to your feelings. I was in an emotionless, touchless marriage . We did have sex frim time to time but it was get it done and over. I know exacty what you felt when you touched her. I've been dying inside for years searching for that feeling again. Good luck.

My ex wife tried the same thing. Denied ever being served. Didn't show up at court. I got the divorce anyway. When I told her we were divorced she said, "I didn't agree to that" lol. They can ignore it but it won't make the divorce go away. Good luck!

Same here. It's a total waste of time. After paying 120 an hour for dozens of hours, I gave up. Total waste of time . Op, if you're thinking of divorce, don't waste your money on therapy. You're going to need that cash because you're going to need sustain her quality of life, especially since she's a SAHM and likely will not have the up-to-date job qualifications needed these days.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
