When the college level class before they even get to teaching is 15 women and 3 guys, that is what the talent pool is. My friend came from a family of two teachers and he wanted to do it and now teaches 5th. I didnt know a single guy that babysat or nannied. They all lifeguard or worked retail in their teen years. Even as someone that gave some group swim lessons, I dont see myself doing that 6 hours a day with 25 to 30 kids. As someone who went to a teachers college and knew a male student who was becoming a K-6, it is mostly women. He was often times the only guy taking teaching classes. They still need to be accredited and up to certs and there needs to be men that want to do it. Can't create a passion for it either. If there is an opening, they dont have a 50/50 gender talent pool. Eczema, hormones, and kidney issues might also cause phimosis or just how the genitals were formed. 1	It's My Mother's Fault I Was Circumcised I had an major ear, eye, lung, and sinus infection before I had an issue with the tip of the penis. I had thrush for 2 weeks in my early 20s because my ph was thrown off that cleared on its own. I'm sure issues exist but a vast majority of men dont ever need to see a doctor for it. 4	My rather lengthy response to a video about circumcision; a scientist's perspective I was born in the US and currently approaching middle age. I was a preemie and couldn't be circumcised due to risk factors. She is talking about women dating and not so much kids. 1 in 4 in the dating pool may have a hood and it's sort of random as every guy has a different opinion of what was decided for him. I wasnt sure because I felt different but matched the uncircumcised diagram when I looked it up in my mid teens and felt bad for like a day. I think it was an illness mixed with other reasons.
