I don't mind being late, I'm almost always late around 15 minutes due to several reasons, what I hate is when people can't communicate that they'll be late. I'll wait for you, don't worry, I don't mind. We all have lives and stuff in our lives that can't always go as planned, but if you made plans and arrangements, then respect me and my time and tell me if you'll be late more than 10-15 minutes.
