This argument for pay in the context of Hollywood actors and actresses is fucking nonsense. You get paid based on your market value in tv and film -regardless of gender, ability or screen time. Obviously Dominic West is significant more known as an actor and therefore merits the higher salary. I was under the impression based on the video that the breathalyzer came back clean and consumption wasn’t a factor. I may be wrong. The issue at that point is possession which she claimed it belonged to her aunt. I’m sure she’s lying about that, but the incident never appears to clear that up. It depends on the state you live in. My ex and I have a similar situation here in PA. I had to pay her based on a formula. It’s fairly simple. My ex actually lost out on more money when she decided to be a dumbass and get lawyers involved. If she just agreed to the settlement terms i had offered her she could have saved herself 10k in legal bills.
