The mirena still contains progesterone though like the mini-pill, depo-provera and subcut implants. I wonder if these stabilise or at less have a lesser affect a woman's mood more than the combined pill which contains estrogen as well as progesterone. Also going back even further when everyone lived in a village or a more set area with little opportunity to move away (because the majority of people throughout history wear poor/peasants) there was little incentive or opportunity to cheat because every knew everyone and honor and reputation were paramount.

That's right. In general taking vitamins and minerals to supplement your diet in general does sweet fuck all. If your vitamin D levels are normally good then supplementing above and beyond this will not make any difference. The supplement business is always pushing people to take multivitamins but unless you have a deficiency then it wont make a difference. I have experienced similar but quite the opposite. My take in it was that after some relationships, at some point she will feel the need to justify the breakup with you. She will do this by either making herself feel superior to you (via making you complement her) or she will be mean and put you down. Either way, once she has established herself as superior she will close off again and ignore you once more.

Agreed. And IMO putting on makeup or better clothes doesn't magically take her from a 5 to a 7. If that were the case then the number scale would have no use as any single persons number could vary by 2-3 points on any given day which makes the whole thing pointless.

Technically speaking, suturing a cut back together is "surgery" and it is also "reconstructive." I recall from the video she had some blood on her left forehead after the punch.
