hey man, everybody here's right go seek professional help. My boss had severe depression he got lot better within 1 year of treatment. He saw his therapist once or twice a month and it worked out for him. Dont be hesitant about the cost as it could get pricey. Its about your mental health and well being

This is also true in competitive gaming. In csgo I'd you are in 1v4 situation its better to wait for the other group to split and look for you and take them down one by one forcing multiple 1v1 there is a lot higher chances of you winning because of enemies confidence you can use it to your advantage no way in hell you can go through single entry to bomb site and take on 4 guys aiming at one single entry.

i agree, i do feel like girls do that sort of thing to gain information and put us in categories and choose the best option to go with. Unlike us males, average girls much more choice in choosing someone than us and more attractive they are more choices they get and they for sure now how to manipulate it

If a girl is interested in you it literally doesnt matter what shes doing she will want to hang out with you. Girls usually want to behave nice and when they say something like this take it as not interested in you or hanging out with you. Not much you can do there apart from moving on or improving yourself.

it seems you need guy friends you can lean back to when you go to new places. Encouragement and being able to share embarrassment if rejected with a friend or friends takes huge load of stress pressure. Hardest part? making that close friend as an adult imo.

This reminds me of time when i smoked weed during night and went to bed and immediately after waking up I smoked another joint. After couple of hours i tried smoking another one and i felt so disgusted because all i wanted was to feel good and be comfortable but my mind was telling me to stop and get your shit together. Havent smoked weed once after that and now the only time I'm gonna touch weed is when i accomplish my goals as a reward.
