Talk to bunch of them. No matter how many times you do affirmations, fix negative self talk, manifesting, visualizing etc, the only fucking way to convince your brain that they are just normal people, is by talking to bunch of them and getting used to it. (Its something i struggle too, but by getting used to talking to many women, fear diminishes)

Cold approaching is the only way to improve your communication with women and eventually loads of sex or dating. But its really hard to do it at first, let me tell you that. I struggle with negative inner game

they’re rude? being rude is a completely different thing. in all my experiences approaching women, i’ve never come across a women who was actually rude. maybe your approach needs some reworking.

never ever let your height get to you. she doesn’t care nearly as much as you do. believe me. i’m 5’6” (168 cm), and all my life my girlfriends have been taller than me. i’ve even dated women who were 5’9” and 5’11”. don’t take yourself too seriously. just have fun, and don’t obsess over what other people think when they see you together. however, if you let your height get to you, you’ll lose attraction in her eyes. i’ve heard many tall women say they dated shorter guys who were constantly obse…

There is no spoon. Its a confidence to walk up to a woman and say hi, then be bold and invite her out after 2-3 min talk. Thats the game.

Gym is a no cold approach area. Gotta be a regular and chit chat everytime you see her. Then if you click you’ll start flirting

I mean if you’re touching each other and french kissing, of course you’re supposed to ask that. thats no brainer. But what she did tells me two things. She either a narcissist or that was a cheap shit test and you failed but thats ok. You’re actually better off without a person like that.

Hey there is no magical opener. Its all about your vibe. For example, in self doubt i find myself searching for that perfect, james bond-ish opener. And women feel you try to force something that is unnatural. But when vibes is on point and no self doubt, your brain finds something to say on its own. Trust it.

Go for it OP. I like your energy and motivation. Remember its a numbers game and at new years eve, even if you dont find someone quite your type, thats fine. Pat yourself on the back for cold approaching and keep going. Remember, always keep going. Also being short is really not a problem. It really isnt, unless you make it to be. If you make it a problem in your head, women will feel that

Well, smile genuinely helps and ask them questions about their life, input some value based on their response and rinse repeat. Laughing goes a long way as well. Everybody has their guard up on the inital communication. The more they see you over the course of few weeks, the more their guard will drop. Then invite them out for a coffee every once in a while, add them to instagram, or get their number, be funny, etc. usual stuff.

Never let other men disrespect you and as soon as you detect disrespect masked as a joke you let them know right at that spot what they are saying/doing is inappropriate and ask why they did it. Gotta solve it right at that point. Also, being seen with women does raise your status %100. So me personally i try to be friends with women all the time to grow my social circle of women. I don’t try to force romantic feelings or lust because that gets in the way of friendship and does damage your socia…

If you cold approach anywhere in the world you will get rejected %70-80 of the time anyways. I dont see why it is harder in London. I think its cope. Go for it Op, see for yourself.

nah, you dont go cold or do a yes no type of approach at the gym, tbh. i think if you talk to her about something in context, like the gym, the equipment, or the environment, and just have some light chat, be funny, and throw in some banter, you're in. but if you just walk up, say your name, and stick your hand out, all you're gonna get is a yes or no but that is a loss case. big risk. nah

That would feel awesome, not gonna lie. But as a man, I think we don’t get validation from others as much as women do. So when I do get valued (which happens rarely), it feels amazing, but I’ve realized that’s actually a false kind of value. The real validation comes from within. I’m after that.

Why are you mad? Had a rough day? I did not say two hours, i said couple of sessions. Sounds like you have some other stuff to be embarrassed about. Good day.

Hello, thank you for your response. Straight up answer is no. I went to therapy for a couple of sessions, and all I did was explain myself while the therapist asked questions. An hour later, I was paying a couple of hundred dollars, session after session. I ended up with no real change, and less money. Because of the cost and the fact that it felt like I was only answering questions, therapy didn’t have much impact on me. So I decided to stop. I feel like real life practice helps me more. I am d…

Thank you. Amazing advice for real. I never feel natural with compliments or whatever. It doesnt natural and it shows on me, and then women feels that i dont feel whatever im saying. Just being yourself is awesome and feels awesome. I’ve learned that its your vibe. Not what you say. If your vibe is on point (meaning that you are feeling happy and confident about yourself ) thats all that matters

Gotta combine being direct and talking about the context, showing thumbs up is a good advice, i would say something like her body looks really good and congratulate her for it, then talk about context again and go with the flow
