She should get a false imprisonment charge. That's a felony. There has to be a felony in there somewhere

The court owns your money when you are incarcerated. Tax returns, government stimulus checks, prior judgements that come your way, and most import your commissary card. Even if you work in jail for $0.08/hr, they can garnish that and use to pay down the judgement. Hopefully the real victim will pour it on thick when he gets to the impact statement, if the jail mongrels haven't eaten him in the meantime.
