What nonsense. Its not an opinion its fact. read a history book. Boomers are still the Biggest voting block Hence why you guys got an 8% increase to social security while the rest of us got nothing. Go try to manipulate some other guy. Thank God you people have to meet your maker soon.

Fairytales tell us alot subtly. A young woman is a fertile maiden....but an older woman is typically an evil devilish character unless she is the God Mother but typically female villains are older. Probably due to their barren wombs.

Thats what im conflicted on. I like the lean look but my arms are lacking. I been bulking since December and gained roughly 4 or 5 pounds. The top abs are visible without flexing but i feel fatter. I instinctively want to cut. Like its a mental block. How far should i bulk? Bmi has me at overweight at 160.

Thank you, Noted and will take into consideration. I haven't worked out in years and I know you are right, I'm going to have to learn how to weightlift. My only concern is for someone who hasnt weightlifted in such a long time. Where do I start? I dont want to hurt myself and end up having to recover before going back at it. I know its different for every man but would the general weight someone like me, generally speaking? I went out and bought all new clothes ( not many because I plan to chang…
