I guess when you asked why it was exciting, I didn’t connect validation seeking as being exciting. To me the smell of a different woman and the experience of being with another woman always seems exciting to me. Nonetheless, I see your point. This is an area that I thought I had moved past. It became clear to me that I was really enjoying the validation from this woman and in the end, my unattractive behavior f**ked things up. In my relationship with my wife, I don’t look for her validation and …

That was certainly part of it since I wrote about it in my OYS. Why are you pointing it out again?

That is an excellent question that I have been thinking about. More than anything, the novelty of different pussy was exciting to me.

I seem to max out on OHP at 100lbs and haven't been able to lift much more. My BP has increased to 150lbs. I fucked up my knee squatting and have deloaded squats a bit. I have been training 3 or 4 days a week since around August 2021. I have gained some abdomin…

It does make me feel good. I know that I am more attractive and my first officer is reacting to this. I am also aware that there is a covert contract in here that I'll need to work through. Accomplished? I don't think I am accomplished. I am going to keep grinding to mold and create a situation that I want. Honestly, I am in the midst of trying to figure out exactly what I want.

Are you jacked? I don't know how you can be 5'7, 169lbs and have 16% BF. Your BMI is 26.2.

I caught a cold which has affected my energy a bit. I still managed to OHP three reps at 100 lbs. I have also been trying to push my BP up to 145lbs. I can get a couple of reps at this weight, but need to keep pushing. I fucked up my knee yesterday squating. I am sure due to shitty form. I iced and then slapped a knee brace on and will ke…

oys 13 Stats 45 yrs old, 148 lbs, BP 135 lbs, OHP 95 lbs, Squat 180 Lifting Lifting has been great. As usual, I lified four times last week. I have been making progress on some of the accessory lifts. I benched 140lbs a couple of times and am working on moving the weight up. I considered deloading last week because I was feeling sore. My recovery kicked in and I decided not to deload. Push on! When I started lifting I was going to the gym 3 times a week. Since then, I have been going to then gym…

Upping my soap and brushing game to ridiculous levels in the meantime to keep the peace. Your not doing this to keep the peace. Get out of her frame. Your doing this for yourself. For you.

This is my First time bulking coming up from 128 pounds. I’d love to say that I have added 20 pounds of muscle. I have added some muscle, but also some fat. I am looking filled out in T shirts and getting comments like, “your are looking buff” from coworkers. My lower abs are gone and upper abs still there. I was planning on cutting at 150 and then doing another bulk. Honestly, not sure what my target weight is. A gym bro who is my height, and looks jacked (juicing, I think) weighs 165. He looks…

I have started to notice a bit of soreness in my right shoulder. It hasn't interrupted my lifting but was making me feel a bit down. I have momentum and don't want an injury to get in my way. Good point, I’m getting interviews, so my interview needs some work, I guess. I had a second interview this past week and I believe I am close to nailing a position. Had a couple of situations like this where I have had a second interview but haven’t managed to seal the deal.

Noted. Pretty fucking happy to be able to bench 135. The thing is, with all things in life, the satisfaction of hitting a goal is there for a few minutes. Got to keep pushing forward to the next level.

You might try meal planning. I eat the same shit everyday. This allows me to easily tweak up/down. MyFitnessPal makes this pretty easy. I eat the same breakfast and prepare my lunches for the entire week. Monitor all of it using MyFitnessPal and a scale. Supplement with whey protein to make sure you hit protein goals. You just have to do it.

Calling the police or threatening to call the police sends the message to your wife that you are too much of a pussy to deal with her yourself.

The numbers don't reflect it - but I feel stronger pushing the weight. I have been bumping up the calories. I think the extra calories will help continue pushing my numbers. Thanks for the observations. When I have sex, I think end up in her frame. Part of me wonders why she is so willing to fuck me now -I’m in her head, yep. Improving myself has created some dread for her which is part of her willingness. The hypergamy has been real. She has lost a bunch of weight and is working out all the time shaking her ass at me in yoga pants. I know this shouldn’t bother me - she is fucking - why should I care what the motivation is? I can remember banging a women that was 10…

Thanks for the response, direction and insights. I have read it over a few times. I'll get out Athol Kay's book again. I kind of spun right through the MAP. My ego told me, I am better than this and don't need it. Looking at comments, it looks like I need to go back and study the MAP and take a hard look at where I have deficiencies. Lifting and diet are easier for me- it is the deeper stuff that is really hanging me up. Lifting and diet is all about the physical. Create a plan and push yourself…

self flagellation Thanks for calling me on this and helping me re-focus. A man that tells people he demands respect doesn't. I know. I have certainly read this here at least a couple of times. In the moment, I was angry and wasn't sure how to react or deal with the situation. I have basically been STFU for most of my life with my mother. She is dark triad to the core. My ego couldn't let her disrespect me in front of my family.
