Overthinking. That whole concept of 'never talk about exes' is bs. Exes suck, and they can potentially endive trauma. Avoiding talking about exes' means you will potentially be blindsided because an ex, or trauma associated with ex was 'forbidden' to discuss. Be mature. Have a conversation with your partner.
