It’s different for everyone but it’s not rocket science. Personally, I have my political views but I refuse to make them a part of my foundation for growth. With that, I view politics as I do with most things and in turn, it allows me to have a clearer mind going forward.

Your lack of understanding of politics is a trip.

Completely disagree.

Who said anything about ignoring anything. Have you seen the comments on this post already? Politics is often used to divide no matter which side you lean. It’s ability to turn anything into a toxic cesspool is strong. Also, don’t mistake being aware of societal norms with politics.

I get where most here are coming from even if I disagree with some of it, but let’s stop talking about politics. OP, I understand what you are trying to say but it’s like that everywhere and it has been for quite a while. It’s just that it is more in your face now a days. With that, stop giving into the political urge especially in today’s climate and concentrate on what matters. That goes for everyone.

Meh, it doesn’t sound crazy dude. It’s a bold way to send a “hey, you wanna meet again” without actually saying it. It’s up to you if you want to play it or not and if you want to use it to your advantage. I mean, she sent it 3 weeks after, not 3 hours or 3 days.

he would just do mundane things like shopping and show resentment and less and less appreciation towards me as every day went by. I successfully managed to raise a manchild and felt like I was his mother. This to me was the big one. She's essentially asking to do the same and sees no problem with it.

There can only be one. Having a group especially a "circle" being dominated by many alpha personalities is just asking for trouble. Alphas lead, no one in the group will want to defer if they are a true alpha. Find and interact with alphas. Be comfortable around them, just don't have them in your group.

You're right, but you're banking on having a steady flow of patients come in and keep on coming in. Unless you live in a big city, it will be difficult. Especially since a lot of people go in once and never come back. To me it seems like a lot of time to invest into when in comparison you can do something else and by the time you would of had your own practice, you'd be pulling in 6 figures. If you truly want to still be a psychologist, I recommend being an Organizational Psychologist. The avera…

Don't do psychology. It's horrid pay for an absurd amount of schooling if you want to get anywhere. I do recommend healthcare. Some Healthcare jobs can be about 2 years worth of schooling (aside from pre-reqs) and pay you real well. Sonography is usually a 2 year program and pays from 60k-70k starting out. The "techy" side of the hospital is always the most lucrative. A hospital near me is hiring Radiologists and giving them 10k bonuses upfront. You can also work in a private practice. Either wa…

Truth. Most believe that TRP is just for picking up women. What if I told you that you can have Red Pill values and still have a LTR. Red Pill is a life style, not a phase.

The message itself is solid and sound. Saying it to someone who is offering you a drink is like saying "I work through my problems instead of drinking them away like you may be". This is a sure way to not have any friends or get shut down on the spot. Men's potential comes from adapting to our surrounding situation and doing as much as we can with what we are given and then more to come out on top. We wont do this with those types of stone cold truths being that upfront as true as it is.

This is a tough one. I liked what one reply to a comment said on here. "Enforce your boundaries". Basically own it, be confident that you do not drink and be proud. However, it can and most likely will have an effect on those around you/who you want around you. Some people will make your choice of not drinking and turn it around. They will put in their minds that you think you are better than them for not drinking and their insecurities will surface. "Oh so you think you're better than me?" is s…

It did seem like a lost cause very early on. Many red flags all over the place. In this case, striking out sooner rather than later definitely is the better option. Worst case, she says no and you both go on your way. Best case, she says yes and that's that.
