Expose yourself to women. Daily. Oh shit, that didn't come out right...

Few points to raise: "They hate women that sleep around and yet encourage each other to sleep with as much young women as possible ." Not true. They hate women that sleep around and then feel they deserve to dupe a decent person later in life. They dislike women that have slept around and then expect to be treated like princesses. "They hate single mothers and see them at sluts who fucked chad , got dumped and can't find a good man to settle with after they hit the wall." They don't hate singl…

I'm drifting through this sub as I like to always maintain a balanced view. It's useful to question your "beliefs" on a regular basis. There are many points in your post that do not so much highlight the reasons red pill philosophy is bad. It highlights why extremeist forms of red pill philosophy is bad and what happens if you don't follow a process through to its ultimate conclusion. The Red Pill has a lot in common with the Left Hand Path (Belief in the self as the ultimate manifestation of po…

Dude, if this is serious, two simple solutions: Moist toilet tissues. Carry them everywhere if you can find a portable packet. Not only are they efficient, they are soothing on your pong hole. Wipe, then dry with toilet paper. (Can't believe I'm teaching someone now to wipe their was on reddit) Shower. Simple as that

My advice is to get a job in sales. Retail sales or telesales. You need to face rejection every single day and overcome it. You need to learn to hustle when you don't feel like it. Prior to working in sales, I was as nervous and shy as they come. I came out the other side far more confident. Also, like other comments mentioned, you need to do shit you don't want to do. Scared of public speaking? Do it. Scared of heights? Do an aerial assault course (after lock down of course). Are you going to g…

It's the reason Christian girls can rationalize splitting up with a guy to go to church. "I need to walk a path with the all-powerful, all-seeing, all-knowing ultimate Chad. He will love me forever and give me eternal life" There is legitimately no way to resist AMOG from a chad you can't even see.

I've been in ltr's with religious girls. Most of them were nastier than non-traditional girls I've been with. Purely because they have the ultimate defence, that we are all born with sin and the ultimate Chad (God) will always forgive us. I'd stay clear. they'd only try to drag you into their beliefs

Plan for quarantine: *Drop excess fat by improving diet and strict fitness plan. *Learn Python and create a project. *Drop alcohol consumption *Read every day So far: I'm doing it all in increments. Filled my fridge with a ton of meat (steak, salmon, beef mince), eggs, avocado, sweet potato, bananas, blueberries, oranges etc. Coconut oil and olive oil. First workout today. Next one on Wednesday.Workout is still body circuit, using the pull up mate I bought a while back. Press Ups :1 x AMRAP Wall…

I'm sure the reason is that women are attracted to the drama aspect of it. The main concern I have is the lack of masculine therapists. We need strong, balanced men working on the field to balance the feminine psychological leaning therapists/psychologists.

To achieve freedom of self and to manifest the life I want to live. Having been brought up in a psychologically damaging household, raised by a single BPD mother and no father figure (besides my martial arts obsessed, drug addicted uncle) I grew up in a spiral of self-destruction. I want to find the borders of my possibility. The limits of my will

I'm using lockdown as a reset, upgrade and opportunity to shift my excess fat. It seems like most people (especially women) are already bored and posting incessantly on social media. All the while,I'm loving the flexibility of being able to actually cool on my lunchbreak and read a ton.

That's exactly how I want to feel. The conflict I'm having is between being my idealized version of myself and being "forced" to be a corporate socialite, the everyman. I feel like most careers are anti- freedom and feel pretty trapped by it. I'm looking into other career paths that nurture my passions. Many thanks brother.

Your story about rekindling the flame really spoke to me. I think I smothered the flame a long time ago and forgot it was even there. Lost myself in the mundane, the daily "grind" and was too selfless. I've made some steps towards nurturing myself. This seems like it's a pretty normal phase which is reassuring. Thanks for your comment.

Looking at things from that point of view, I think I've got myself stuck in the endlessness of possibility. Like staring into the abyss. I ended my LTR. I woke up to it being a sham. Saw us both being miserable together. Got myself out while I still could. Thank you for the dose of reality. I needed it

I'll do everything you've suggested. Both books have been ordered and are on their way. I don't have anything to lose. Thank you

Thank you for the thought inspiring comment. It has highlighted to me that I need to do a great deal more introspection and figuring out my ultimate direction in life.

That's the thing. If I love outside it, I condemn myself to a life of being an outsider. Being villified. Having no one. Being eternally alone. I'm used to walking a path of solitude but I sometimes feel lonely. I look at women and think "You are so shallow. So fake.So narcissistic. Do I really want to bother with you anymore?" My honest answer at the moment is I don't feel like it is worth the effort.

This is a stopgap job to figure out my direction in life. I spent my life so far in Sales and felt my creativity was smothered by it. I'm looking into reskilling myself.

Look, believe what you want to believe. If it doesn't bother me, I don't care. Just don't continue perpetuating the lies that the bible is a book written by god. It was written by men. Even if a God did exist and did decide to speak to man, it would be like a human trying to talk to a monkey. Do you think the monkey would fully understand the message? No. Everything passes through the filter of the human mind. The funniest thing of all is Jesus clearly borrowed sayings from Buddha but they were …

If I prepare myself (shed the extra pounds, build a decent physique from calisthenics, build up the savings then I will be in the best place). Part of me is looking forward to getting back out there as a free man.

It's more to do with the timing. The main positive I'm taking from this is I have no excuse for not losing the beer guy before I go back to the office. I'm looking at this like preparation time

Definitely. I already have three female co-workers on fb. Every post is social validation ( "Hey,I think like everyone else"), fitness related (" Look at me running/working out") or general filtered selfies. I've had plenty of "I'm so bored." All the while, I'm missing going out but I'm making use of my time.

If China had handled this shit better, we wouldn't be in this mess. China should be held personally responsible for this. They hid the pandemic under their bed until the last possible minute. Even when this is over, repairing the damage to the economy with take years. I'm speaking from the perspective of someone in the UK.

Nietzsche is well worth a read. Beyond Good And Evil opened my mind. The man was ahead of the times.

It is strange. The death of my grandmother (The only stable mother figure I had in my life and essentially my mum) woke me up to how little direction my life has. Led to a lot of deep introspection and self analysis. Nietzsche captured the essence of it in referring to these people as being in the grip of herd mentality.

I'm in 100% ghost mode. The pandemic is working in my favour as she is front line medical staff so it should keep her busy enough to leave me alone

Extremely tempting at the moment. I'm looking at buying myself a car as I really want to get my ads back to the gym. I miss freeweights. It isn't manageable using public transport.

I had friends before I got full custody of my son. A lot of my friends became distant and since then, I've had a few people I keep in contact with. No male friends I go and do stuff with. Definitely something I need to work on.

I need to stop second guessing myself. Yeah I was brought up with my mum and know she latches on to drama. She always wants to help others. I'll leave them to it but move on with my life. I have so much to do

That did cross my mind. I've made an effort to block her on all social media and on my phone. Don't want to be getting harassed

It was a stack of supplies and some chocolate. I'll keep it. I'm glad I have my spare key back. Might still change the locks to be safe. Thanks for the balanced words brother.

It's scary how this behaviour is on a massive scale. She has clearly been sharing with my family. My sister is essentially counselling her which is ridiculous. The one lesson I've learned from this is women are crazy. I'm not sure if I want to risk being with someone after this. Maybe I need some time

It crosses my mind it was a ploy to elicit guilt. I did feel bad for a moment. It's definitely for the best. Thanks bro. It's tough as I have no friends anymore to talk to about this stuff.

That's exactly what I'm doing. Only issue with the lock change is this pandemic. Tbh , I spent time explaining the reasoning and that we would end up miserable together. That's more than most people get

Quick update. Blocked her on my phone and social media. She has a key to my house and tried to meet up to give it back. I'm getting the lock changed as I need to distance myself. She has threatened to kill herself by text as she feels she has nothing to live for anymore. Should I reply to cover my ass or ignore?

Yeah it isn't a good match. I'll have a read through the maxims. That does make sense that it is from my sense of loyalty. Just need to make the most of my freedom to turn shit around. Many thanks brother
