I am honestly a bit puzzled by the whole concept of "date-rape drugs" -- to me, it seemed very clear that GHB was not alcohol, it has a strong taste depending on the salt used, and I was also able to function enough that I'd be able to clearly recognize and remember something like a rape attempt.
