They're interested in what you think. Stop talking about yourself and pay attention to how interested people are in you. Are you able to lead in a group?

Thing is, it's really that simple. Two people could exhibit the exact same sexual aggressiveness on a woman; the one who's perceived to have higher smv will open her up. The one with lower perceived smv is sexually harassing her. If you don't know how to raise your smv, you should probably read through the sidebar again.

Stop reaching out entirely. When/if she reaches out, act normal. Although I know you won't be able to do that because of the unbelievable amount you've been lying to yourself. Hell, keep a tally and only reach out once for every 4 times she reaches out to you. If you can do it maybe you'll see just how little she thinks about you.

"When a girl rejects you, you call her a whore" That's an incredibly overt example of what the book covers. To a lesser degree that same response can be as simple as feeling bitter from being rejected. A basic tenant of TRP is outcome independence, and if the example is considered beyond literally calling a woman a whore, it's relatable to almost anyone who's felt any level of resentment towards a woman who has rejected them. Maybe it isn't applicable to you, and good for you if you've never fel…

I'd stress TRM should be late reading. The Rational Male is what really kicked in my anger phase. I skipped a bunch of TRP sidebar material and jumped to it immediately after reading NMMNG because it sounded like where I would get the most info in one sitting. I lived, but damn. I feel like I may have received it better after getting through the other materials first. Otherwise, I recommend No More Mr. Nice Guy (to /u/lukerjack) as a starting point.

I'd say you're mostly spot on. I've been personally concerned that having pussy on tap would stunt my growth, and it's safe to say that it definitely has. I'm not out there trying to pull, spin, etc. I've been concerned about it this weekend in particular, as I notice my drive for most things has been slipping from complacency. I can't help but be fascinated by her behavior and many of the things she has had to say, all of course taken as potential manipulation or lies, no matter how convincing.…

I do the same. Since discovering TRP, holding hands feels too BP anymore. Now I walk with my destination in focus, and if she wants to accompany me, she holds on to my arm. She gets to feel 'claimed', as she puts it, and signal to others her value by association with me. I get to display confidence and indifference while 'wearing' her as an accessory to my natural state. If she's been good, I may place my hand on or around the back of her neck/shoulder. It gives her a bit of the BP intimacy that…

TRP + being cheated on by my "unicorn" put me into a borderline suicidal rage. I think being fresh out of the anger phase has me approaching women with a much more objective frame than before. Now my interactions with women are much more analytical, my pet wife included. What women say has little effect on me lately. I took a girl out for coffee recently and experimented with the interaction by making nearly every other thing I say some sort of subtle insult (surprise, she fucking loved it). So …

When I was very young, I remember idolizing my father. He had (still has) a beard, which none of my friend's fathers had. We watched old comedy shows from the 30s and 40s. Anytime I saw a character with a beard, I immediately admired them because they were like dad. My dad was hilarious and smart. He was superman. As I grew older I started to see my dad differently. His advice is defensible because it's from The Rational Male, early sidebar material. Whether you agree with it or not, it's sourced from one of the more important books that should be read when first discovering TRP. Getting angry won't help anyone. Like I said, do some of your own research and put better ideas out there if you disagree with someone. Else just downvote them and move on.

You're making the mistake of thinking that there is no middle ground between "completely ignore her" and "babysit her constantly". You can have a healthy relationship with a family member that doesn't take up every moment of every day. OP's question and comment implies that he's aware of his limited control over the situation, he just wants to know if there's anything that he can do to help. Regardless of the result, he just wants the best for his sister. From a pure TRP self-improvement perspec…

If you truly accept those truths, where's the anger come from? It's a combination of her lies, TRP anger phase, and a severely bruised ego. Anger phase includes the shock of my blue-pilled image of her being shattered has me losing my shit, as well as her throwing away 12 years of history and family (hypergamy doesn't care). My early RP experiments with her had me ramboing. I started choking/spanking her during sex, which led to us exploring BDSM, and now she's basically fallen in love with being my live-in maid / sex slave. As far as MyFitnessPal and nutrition is concerned, I really only know how to balance my diet for maintaining/losing weight with cardio. It doesn't matter what she says, your wife sees you as weak, and has lost respect for you. It doesn't matter what you look like. You're not attractive to her. You don't turn her on. (Side question: how do you guys deal with this? I mean, when you’re wide awake at 02:30 AM and the only thing you can think about is how, when and where your wife has been having sex with someone else?) Reading The Rational Male helped me come to terms with the animal nature of infidelity. It did not excuse her conscious decision to act upon it, but it did help me understand it. Rationalizing her behavior helped me to detach emotionally from it, and also from her. If you're obsessing with mental…

If she saw you as AF their might be something worth salvaging. I was the center of our social group when we met. I had enough confidence to attract several girls in and out of that group, as well as scare off some of the betas who knew I could have the girls they liked if I ever wanted. Granted it was generally a group of tabletop roleplaying otaku introverts, but I was the one who showed them how to party. Her and many others initial perception of me was top dog. Her perception of me aside, thi…

i thought this was a trick question because i could not really find a goal in his MAP I haven't read MMSLP yet, but if my MAP is a list of current goals, here is the condensed version from my post: Continue lifting using the 5x5 program Ween myself from bupropion once I've been smoke free for a year Reducing my overall adderall intake to practice discipline of focus Focus more while at the office instead of letting my responsibilities bleed into my personal time Reduce superfluous expenses, and …

your flair . . . wow I completely own that I'm green here. Part of me has taken on RP, game, and the physiological mechanics of Dom/sub as an opportunity to experiment. I have some emotional involvement still, but I'm keeping a detailed journal of data from all of my observations through this process. i hope you mean a 1200 calorie surplus Absolutely. If I work out and end up below that, I make sure to top it off with a protein heavy meal. waif territory, lifting every other day right? Yes. I sp…

Only reason it's better is because you're detached. Much more so than I was, that's for sure. I've leveraged the pain from the experience to keep my emotions far less involved than they were before. Of course, in a dom/sub, it's really the sub that has all the power. I'm aware. I feel Dom/sub aspects like this have been good for me. The idea of keeping her as a pet has also helped me look at her better through the RP lense. I don't hate her for her natural animal urges, combined with soberly und…

Fitness / Health 32 / 5'10" / 150 lbs I've transitioned from cardio boxing to 5x5 and completed my first week of lifting. Using the 5x5 app's suggested starting point of 45-65 lbs during the first week, I've realized just how physically weak I actually am. My body is sore, I barely made it through each workout, but post-workout feels amazing. My diet is improving slightly. I continue to maintain an average net calorie count of 1200 daily. This includes calories burned from workouts. I've been sl…

Thanks for the advice, this seems like a good place to start. As far as divorce is concerned, we've both agreed that if it came to that (it has), it would be an uncontested clean split. I've been reading up on laws in my state, no-fault will make it easy. I just don't know where to start. Should I get a lawyer first and have them walk me through it? Do I start with preliminary paperwork and file before finding a lawyer? Money is a little tight right now, so I'd hate to fuck it up and waste a ton…

Brutal and raw, the Red Pill is. It just keeps getting better. Last evening she showed up at my place unannounced. As soon as she saw me, she looked glassy eyed and said "SoloAlbum, I love you!.. Please, I want you back." My eyes just rolled into the back of my head. I made us some drinks and we sat on the couch. After a pause I said "Alright, let's hear it." She gave me her sales pitch about our life together. Talking me up with lines like "You are a good man!" (pffftt), "You exude a confidence…

You're right. I've been reading a lot more of TheRationalMale.com since posting this thread.

Thanks for the comment. I've read and thought hard about every comment in this thread since I've posted it (even the top one). One is not very many. I think you should think that that's a low number. You're right, it's not. I'll touch more on this later on in the post though. Maybe. Have you learned anything? Would that be so bad? I just got home from her place, and I've learned a lot. You're the lucky commenter that is going to get my lengthly update. I'll answer your questions first. Did you r…
