| -8 | Oh, it’s not?The disparity in high-paying jobs is part of that pay gap, tho. You're just saying "women earn less because men work jobs where they get paid more." Okay, that's kinda a big part of the point. Controlled for doing the same work, and the same hours, women do get paid less - somewhere between 5-7% less. So, not nearly as large as often presented.
